Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staffs are well trained and cooperative. It is located at a very nice location where you can find some really good tea plantations nearby while on the way and also as you pass through. It is best located so that you can cover a 25 Kms radius very easily.

MAJOR PROBLEM IS- CELLULAR CONNECTIVITY AS THERE IS NO AIRTEL NETWORK AND ALSO JIO SIGNAL IS VERY POOR. ONLY BSNL HAS SIGNAL IN THE SURROUNDING. They offer wifi service which is not fast and disconnects frequently. Not suitable if you are looking for a workation.

Rest everything is super cool. They provide breakfast which is okayish as we dont have better options nearby.
Special Mention- Restaurant supervisor Ambrose was very kind and polite. Treats every guest well and elevates the experience. He deserves a 5 star.

Better place to stay whenever you visit munnar. Good service

We have gone through Funday Travels very nice package, we spent 27,28,29,30 Jan 23 with friends.

Very good view point room was clean and all staff co-operate and food was very good and give seem large quantity than i thought, Pine tree is best room lodge in Munnar we had stayed 1day/night very helpful and coperate staff and clean spacious room.

Best food in munnar Pine tree stay and the chef Subramanian's hospitality has been as amazing as delicacies made by him.thanks for the lip smacking food our tummies are happy

Hiii we stayed at this hotel in munnar when we came for a trip to Kerala, we had a great stay during our trip, their spacious rooms, good food and their hospitality was very good, we are very happy that we chose this hotel, despite the fact the dinner was delivered with a little delay but worthy the wait everything was absolutely fine.

We stayed there for 2 days and the food was amazing. The chef, Subramani, truly has magical skills. Along with cooking skills, he has great communication skills and is able to engage with the customers in a very subtle and efficient way.

If you are in the surroundings, make sure to pay a visit to the restaurant. The prices are also quite genuine.

-Located on the outskirts of Munnar
-Rooms have no noise buffer, even the slightest footsteps on the staircase makes a lot of noise inside.
-No lifts.

Rooms are good.but location wise it's too away from main city centre.kitchen is also live kitchen which takes 1 2 hours after ordering food.we don't have any other option for lunch dinner

They provide dinner very late, and the tasty items are French fries and paneer butter masala only.but the rooms are very good

No where close to the reviews I found before booking the room for 2500/night for 3 days.

Amazing Booking experience - Excellent Hotel
I was searching for an accomodation in munnar for last 10 Days. Finally I chose to stay at Pine Tree Munnar, They are one of the best Hotels in Munnar and my booking experience was simply amazing. Best part is Mr. Johnson from hotel managementcontacted me directly and hepled me in booking the accomodation. It was really helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for hassle free booking,  comfortable and stress free stay in Munnar.

Munnar is a town in the Western Ghats mountain range in India’s Kerala state. A hill station and former resort for the British Raj elite, it's surrounded by rolling hills dotted with tea plantations established in the late 19th century. Eravikulam National Park, a habitat for the endangered mountain goat Nilgiri tahr, is home to the Lakkam Waterfalls, hiking trails and 2,695m-tall Anamudi Peak.

The worst customer reception ever faced. First of all they wont accept payments through any other websites and they reschedule the bookings with out customers consent they made us wait for 3 hours and then rejected the room with a sorry it completely ruined our experience and time

Tidy place and friendly staff offering good service. We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids. House keeping was responsive. We felt the dinner buffet was expensive at Rs 250 for a very small menu. Also the location is a bit far from town. Otherwise 5 stars for this Hotel!

The hotel is pleasant and nature friendly.rooms are comfortable and food quality is good.highly recommend this hotel for family stay and trip guide is also arranged by them and guide was superb and showed us all the beautiful places.overall I recommend for any family to stay here.

Its a newly built place so its very neat and clean. But the biggest problem you'll face here is its location as its around 8 KMs (30 Minutes drive one side) and there is NO MOBILE NETWORK available here except BSNL. So think twice before booking a room here. We spent 2 days here all diverted from the main land Munnar though there is Wifi available here in hotel. The food is not so good here and you can't find any good options near to the hotel for veg /non veg plus you can't travel out to any place after 7 PM from here so its make it more worse.

Very good hospitality and restaurant dishes also in good taste. Neat and clean resort for hygienic believers. Driver was comfortable as per clients request.

This is the hotel to stay at seriously, we enjoyed staying there me and my wife, wonderful staff, nice clean room with a fragrance, and especially the food just loved it, the location was just perfect, hard to find all these in a budget, overall a fabulous stay.

Hotel is nice and having limited facilities. None of the networks work there except Bsnl. We can't use the intercom also. No lift facilities and common areas.

We family of 6 persons stayed at 2 rooms at Hotel Pine Tree. Hotel is 6kms outside Proper Munnar. That's actually good to have peace of mind. Rooms are very good. Food is very good and tasty. Hotel staff are very hospitable. Restaurant staff are excellent. Morning breakfast buffet is also very good.

We ordered "schezwan egg fried rice" plus "bhindi masala" and "chapati" from this restaurant. We both got food poisoning and we spent two days vomiting. It seems they don't care about hygiene while cooking the food. God knows what is the condition inside the kitchen.
Avoid eating at this place at all cost, you might end up ruining your stay in munnar and catching nasty disease.

Room was clean, comfortable and very safe to females. Friendly approch by staffs especially the incharge Senthamizh & Aswin.customized care. Would surely recommend for families.thanks.

We have stayed there for 4 days and rooms are very clean. Food and care where excellent. I recommend people to stay there and enjoy the food and view from the hotel. The team is well trained to take of the your needs and they are very polite. Best service you can expect.

V had a very nice stay in d hotel, location is wonderful, mid of tea estate, kitchen is very good, had delicious food there, specially mentioned that staffs r very good specially senthamil, aswin, Alex, maniyandi, John and anumod, will give 10/10 for the stay.

It is far away from munnar town. No mobile range for jio, Airtel and Vodafone. Breakfast is very limited. Deliberately delay service. Attitude of staff serving breakfast not very positive.

We had a pleasant stay there. Rooms were very clean and spacious.
Hot water was available 24/7.

If anyone thought for relaxation so this hotel & it's surrounding area was nice choice.but minus point is there was no market area.city is too far.approx 500/- auto fare have to paid up and down to go city area
