Very bad place. The sales guy over there is very bad. He speaks rudely and looks at you in a creepy way. I don't know how girls can go to shop like this where u get creepy looks. He talks very rudely too. Customer service of that sales guy in chullickal branch is very bad.i don't feel like buying from here.

Poor customer service. We went there for 3 times. Everytime the sales man is like humiliating us. You are fat, thats why you are not getting the dress. This was one of the salesmans comment. They are very lazy to show the dresses. At first they ll show some dresses. We have to select from those. Otherwise they won't mind us. They ll go to other customers like we are not there.

They don't deserve 1 star. Very poor customer service, after reaching there you would have thought that never ever come to this place. The owner and the sales team at least go somewhere else and know how to behave with customers. They are very lazy to show the collection because they wanted to rearrange it, don't go after six as they are packing up to go there home and very hurry. Very bad service and never experienced such a pathetic behaviour from ever in the city. Before active on social media teach them how to be good with customer.

Every time we go to a wedding, everyone asks, from which shop did you pick this dress, good color, good material. Then we will say that it is from Pink Lady. Their clothes are so good and comfortable, very nice to wear, affordable.

They are good.they have good selection and good price range. In fact too economical. Dresses that you shop fot 50 K for other shop are priced below 14 k here. Good for marriage shopping.
