They don't have dine in facility or even take away, the best part is they didn't care even a customer sitting their premises

Visited Pizza hut palakkad with family and very bad experience, waited 20 mnts in the counter and no one responded. Saw one lady in the counter and she never looked at not even asked anything. Saw another man playing his own mobilephone and not even looked. Returned from the shop without ordered anything.

What a taste too good. Lovey experience together spot like all must try. Wonder expirence or coming.

Ordered Corn and Cheese (Cheese Max) with Black Olives and Herbed Veggies as addons (140+Tax). But when the Pizza arrived, Black Olives were missing!

Raised complaint via Helpline and manager from the outlet called, apologised and promised to deliver a new Pizza. We chose to take the next day and we did receive it!

Even after the ordeal, I feel that Cheese Max base is not as good as Domino’s Cheese Burst. The cheese was only present at the edges of the pizza.

Had ordered Cheesy Comfort Pasta (non veg). Received pasta without any veggies. It was bland and horrible. The pasta was also overpriced at rs 260.

Very bad ambience and the customer handling is very poor.they havnt switched on ac even in this time. 2.30pm. Even after asking.they asked me to bill the product, for switching on AC.

The worst food I have ever had in my life how dare they call that a pizza. I literally puked after eating this. Not even worth 1 star

I made an order at 8.15 PM, they have accepted the order right away. And around 9.40 PM Zomato representative calls me and tell me they can’t serve as some stuffs aren’t unavailable. What the hell Pizza Hut PKD was doing for 1 hour 25 minutes!

No complaints about the Pizzas or the staff at store. But had a pathetic experience today at Pizza Hut. Went to buy some Pizza using the Pizza Hut gift voucher purchased from Flipkart. The store was not able redeem the voucher. Called Pizza Hut customer care and they said they will arrange a callback in 5 minutes time from technical team. Since no one called even after 30 mins, called customer care again and again they told me someone will call back in 5 mins. Even after waiting for more than 75 minutes, I didn't get a call back from Pizza Hut and left the store

Not very pleasent experience. Good was good but the sitting area was not clean at all. All tables filled with garbage and leftovers. Need to improve on cleanliness. We had our food from our car.

One of the best pizza outlet at palakkad.maintains well as of their other famous outlet. Even the price is high they serves quality and standard pizzas.so must try if you are pizza lover.

Worst hygiene pizza hut i ever visited. We have to wait hours for table cleaning. The pan pizza served in delivery box for dine in. Tastes are average.

Deeply disappointed. Had called up Pizza Hut palakkad to order pizzas for my kids and family. Quite disappointed at being told that Palakkad Pizza hut does not do a home delivery. A Pizza Hut that does not do home deliveries. Unimaginable! Gives it a bad name.

Had a take away but the quality of pizza not worth for the money we pay. Will definitely not go again.

Food is amazing, much better than Domino's the pizza base was very soft and fresh. The only complaint is now the waiters don't serve on the table, now the cutlery is also are of low quality.

I've ordered a Double Paneer Supreme Pizza from Pizza Hut. It was totally disappointing and not up to the standards.

I've never been to Pizza Hut Palakkad since I wasn't really sure whether I'll like them or not. And let me say this honestly, they served the best Margherita I've ever had till date. The ambience is very great and impeccable taste. Also they've Cheese momos which is finger licking good! Will definitely visit again:)

It was good actually. Saw a few comments about delay im service but i totally disagree this. Order was received without much delay. Pizza was tasty but I loved the pizza from trivandrum pizza hut better than this. May be this will come along after few more weeks. Good food, Relatively clean. Didn't have much delay to get to the destination from palakkad town. All covid protocols followed.hand sanitization at the entrance of the shop and there is a wheel chair accessible entrance and ambient parking space.lift available to first floor where the shop is located

I ordered Pizza from Pizza hut through Zomato on 28th Aug 2021.

I received without any kinds of Stuff like (Pepper and Chilli Flakes Substitutes) also worst Quality food and immediately after receiving sent rating with photo to Pizza hut.

Also sent feedback to Zomato also. But as of now there is no response i received from both of you.

Not even a call from this restaurant about my concerned raised immediately. Also not get propper support from Zomato.

Please avoid. There is no worth to go to this restaurant or order online food from this.

Poor service ordered a takeaway at 6 and went there perfectly at 6 pm they told me the pizza woukd take 10 more mins but then finally got the pizza at 6 45.actually i cant blame the 2 boys working there its pizza hut s fault only employing 2 boys at peak time they were running around so confused picking calls making pizza and the pizza tasted awfully bad very less cheese no cheese pull nothing v average pizza.pizza hut should deploy more employees to their branches. RIGHT NOW DOMINOS PIZZA IS FAR BETTER THAN PIZZA HUT IN PALAKKAD.

Went In with great expectation but came out with ultimate dissatisfaction

Doesn’t met the expectation from pizza hut. The pizza here is just the ghost of other pizza hut outlets in other cities.

Pizza poured with low quality oil. I Had to throw away the food due to oil. Felt like vomiting. Learn to cook before starting a restraunt. Blaaahh

The only thing you should ask for at Pizza Hut Palakkad is the directions to the nearest Dominos and if you order pizza, wings and pepsi at this restaurant, expect only the pepsi to be tasty/safe enough to put in your mouth. Felt like having pizza today, ordered from here and thankfully the rotten smell saved me from getting food poisoning that too during a lockdown. Thanks Pizza Hut!

Dining experience would have been better, but during the covid times better to avoid. The place is not maintained cleanly. Dust, water everywhere.

My order came in this evening with the pizza pieces scattered inside the delivery boys bag. Don't you guys have the sense of packing the pizza properly in the box and then placing it in a carry bag and then handing it over to the delivery boy? How difficult it is for you all to pack it properly and place it in a carry bag.what saving are trying to make here by not packing properly and placing it in a carry bag.see the attached pics.when you make a profit out of these.you have to be in par with the service.dont ever target profit without service.

Yesterday ordered rs. 399 offer.bill 558.00.
Delivered in time. Safe. First time receiving pizza without tomato ketchup. Others chilly flakes etc received. Home stock of sauce also finished.
Had to eat without sauce.

My Maxx cheese meat ball pizza was like "onion uthappam" lol! They don't even know how to make pizza! Pathetic!

This place is very unhygienic. There were only 2 staffs.
They were preparing the pizza with their bare hands without any gloves. That too during this pandemic!
And then with the same hands, they touched the computer screen.

Unhygienic washroom. No seat cover in the water closet. No handle on the wash room door. Stairs leading to the first floor Pizza Hut is shabby. As an international chain it should be spotlessly clean.

Never been disappointed with pizza hut franchises before but palakkad branch is really bad.

Pizzas are topped with very less toppings and very less cheese. U are just eating baked bread here. Better to go to dominoes. Or even magic oven provides way better pizzas for half the cost. Enter at your own peril.

Last weekend visited, worst services offered.
1 - No Sodexo cards accepted but Pizza hut claims to accept such cards.
2 - No proper parking space, when u have parked, the security guys drag the bikes here and there for making space and thus end up with scratches.
3 - No Crowd management and poorly managed.
4 - Poorly maintained washroom, we went to KFC for washing our hands such were the services provided.
5 - Finally with food, local pizza restaurant provides better food compared to yours.

Pizza hut management teams if you are reading this review try to improve these services. These are the basic services to be provided when someone runs a food chain.
