Pizza Hut

Ordered Margherita and combo pizza via swiggy. First of all the food was not sealed properly. The cheese corn pizza had all of them burnt and the onions look like dry leaves being over burnt. The the crust was very very thick, had to remove while eating. All the toppings were heavily burnt and had a sore throat throughout.very very bad experience.will never order from pizza hut anymore. Spent 1000 for nothing!

Please don't go this outlet no 1 waste restaurant in the kochi city they have no idea how treet the customer, especially the ladis staff very wast customer service please give well training then appointment this type of ladies staffs.so never go this out let.no idea how to pak a pizza, waste experience.please remove this typ of staff

Doesn't even deserve the one star as they didn't redeem the pizza hut voucher stating that they don't accept it anymore which was a blatant lie. Doesn't even look like an authentic pizza hut outlet to be honest. The staff look really scared being in the restaurant like they were under slavery. Really bad experience

Pizza huts are usually hard to review because of the standardisation. However some places are bad because of hygiene as well as staffs. This Pizza Hut outlet at central mall is by far the better place in cochin. The service is good and the staffs are courteous.

It's okay but not that okay.
Not worth for the money to be honest.
I ordered a pasta, 2fun flavoured pizza's, 3 desserts, and drinks.and appetizers
But for the money which I paid it was not worth (the taste for each n every item can be improved) and also had a issue got a hair from the pizza

Not having enough staff and Sodexo card not accepted here they are telling like it may be work some time or not they itself not sure
Place is quite, need and clean

Worst Service provided.
I placed an order on 11th September & got a call back saying that they cannot deliver it since there is no representative / delivery boy available. Told them to cancel the order and refund back the mony. It's more than 10 days that there is no action taken from the store. Every time its followed up they say that refund is under process & store will call & give u an update. Believe me there isn't a single call from store nor money is refunded. These guys are polished cheaters. Now i am at loss. Is there a way out for sorting this out? Urge everyone for their benefit not to order from pizza hut & land in soup with your money being in their pocket just through an app. These guys are examples of modern day cheating.

I went on a Wednesday and though there was the Wednesday offer going on, I had to pay the full amount. They said that the offer was not valid.

Pizza Hut is inside the central square Mall at MG road Ernakulam. A shoppe for all types of Pizzas and is very good service. The ambience is very good and the seatings has more privacy. Since the shop is inside another business, enough parking slot is available.

I still remember the guy named Abheesh who was so friendly wit us when last time i visited there.

It was just way too expensive for what I felt was mediocre Pizza. The garlic bread and mint lime were good though.

Tried out the Pizza Hut outlet on the fourth floor at the Centre Square Mall on M. G. Road in Ernakulam, Kerala state, India in August 2021. Only carryouts or deliveries were in operation due to the COVID protocols which were in place in the state. It's a very well laid out fast food pizza option, very spacious and with ample seating arrangements. Normal dine in services have resumed since.

Sajith who assisted me with my order was wonderful being very courteous, respectful, very patient, efficient and resourceful. Ordered a 3-in-1 Chicken Tikka Pan Pizza Combo which also came with two pieces of Garlic bread and a 7 Up soft drink which I chose over other available drink options. The overall service was impeccable. Sajith was very kind even to customize my order as I wished, besides also gave me paper plates and essential cutleries. Wish they could also use additional help. Sajith was the only person running the outlet that particular evening.

I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut branch. Great customer service, great food, efficiency and prompt service would be the key factors to make a first visit. Give it a try!

Usually not crowded.the behaviour nd service of staff was really superb.food was just okay with medium quality, but not upto the price.

A lot of restaurants serve good food, but they don't have very good service. But here we can find both!

East or West Unni Samuel (RGM) is best!?

Not satisfied, worst service, no words to say, my 45 minutes wasted without getting food, never ever go to central mall, pizza hut, waste of time, money and energy, people who serve here just think the customers are beggers

The quality of the food in pizza hut has drastically fallen since I remember them to the point to barely even competes with the competition.the crust is weird and chewy and despite ordering their thin crust it's pretty thick either way, there was barely any Sauce on the pizza nor any cheese, toppings were alright I guess a bit salty but alright. The Garlic bread is pretty salty and don't try the funfoods cheese dip it's terrible.

Also a weird thing with pizza hut it's items are much cheaper on the app and you get better offers but you can't order on it and eat in house so if your desperate to try them out which I still don't recommend, order from the app and eat in the food court.

Very good food and service. I would give a 9/10 fr service. And the price was reasonable. Responsible staff.

The pizza hut in Kerala isn't the same as abroad so don't have high expectations.it's just ok

The food was good. The staff was great, but there was no facility to wash our hands inside the restaurant. The service was also great.
