Ordered Veg Supreme and non veg Supreme, it’s a decent pizza, but better than the ones you get at these local cafés and bakeries

Since there's a single counter operating ordering the dish is time consuming. Counter is too slow and they explain about the offers continuously. Pizza was ok but not the pizza hut standards.

Good experience over all. Eventhough they don't have full menu availability in sides. That should be sorted out get 10/10. Otherwise superb experience ️

Food was good, at par compared to other Pizza Huts in Kerala. Staff wasnt friendly or welcoming, it seemed like they were forced to come to work. Air conditioning duct was leaking.

Very bad taste experiance. Yesterday I tasted Momos and I think our normal tea Bites are even better. Iam sure we can definitely get even tastier momos at cheaper prices in small cafes.

Worst pizza ever I had in my life. I felt like, I bought a bread with tomato sauce dipped in, from a cheap bakery. They are cheating people who doesn’t know what is pizza (that’s how i felt). I’m very very frustrated for spending money on their cheap food. Never ever visit this place again.

Very bad customer service. They are not ready to take the pizza hut vouchers which we are getting from multiple reward platforms. Comparing to Dominos, very bad pizza. Pizzahut items are not at all worth for the money.

Worst pizza i have ever had in my life. Very pathetic. They dont deserve star ranking. Food serving dish is also uncleaned. Quite unhappy with the experience.

We feel very hot inside. Neat and clean.
Taste also good.

No separate washroom. Common washroom for the mall. So there are cleanliness issues.

I would request the Pizza Hut group to kindly move out from my Payyanur town. A Pizza or a Cheese Garlic bread from any local junk food shop in my town would taste better than this Internationally branded low class pizza. Go to Kochi or Trivandrum, never wanna see you in my town again. I am happy here with my cup of tea and Pazhampori.

Dear friends before entering pizza hut pls wash ur hands from mall's main wash room and ladies they want to go 2nd floor. Bcoz there is no wash basin inside the shop.

For the past 1month you guys are not providing oregano and chilli flakes with the takeaway pizza, instead giving ketchup.

Ordered 2 choco valcano to carry as parcel. Both were chilled like winters. Was not expecting this from a branch of pizza hut.

Not upto the mark.no cheese.less toppings and extremely thick crust.i guess they should hire people who can make proper pizza.this one can spoil the brand name

Couldn’t even finish the pizza. Too much salt. Overall quality of the food was too poor, with minimal toppings.

Also outlets like dominoes provide free cover for a takeaway. Here, its not just that they don’t provide one, but demands “10 rupees” with such an attitude as if they are selling gold.

There is no wash room inside or out side Pizza Hut. We have to use mall’s common wash room for hand wash.

Very bad experience with the quality of food. Even the signature garlic bread tasted like toasted bread handwashing is really hard because they positioned outside the mall and send us inside mall as if we're in food court. We get better pizzas from local shops. Totally disappointed!

The worst place to visit. They have ruined the Pizza Hut Brand name. The staff is so unprofessional. And worst ever pizza I have seen. If this is the situation, Pizza Hut has to close this branch very soon.

. Kannur pizza hut is better than here. Please add more sauce and mozzarella cheese. Please take this seriously

Very bad experience.
First of all, they dont even know to cut the pizza.
The crust too thick and felt like eating cheap pizza from a low grade bakery.
Never going there again.

In 2 days back time i visited pizza hut on magnum mall payyanur that is my best experience.one of the girl team member her name PRAVYUSHA.she is very nice service give to we.i am very happy because in this area has a brand hut. And she served in our food on correct time.thank you to pizza hut️

One of the worst pizza in the payyanur area. Felt the pizza inside grand hyper was much better than the pizza in pizza hut. They have plenty of salt in stock i guess. Too salty. The non veg platter was a salty mix of items. Couldn't even finish one pizza of the two bought.

I'm visited on pizza hut on payyanur.it's takeaway order.a team member pravyusha she is taken my order.in her side i got a good greeting.and she also introduced new offers and good tastely pizzaand i got my order some minutes? Thank you Pizza Hut

Three key drivers of my experience are as follows:

1) Pizza Quality: Salt is extremely high; Toppings are inadequate; No complains about bread base though, standard across various location. Been to pizza huts and dominos across several states. Haven't had bad pizza like this anywhere else.

2) Space: Congested. Mostly occupied. So don't think of having a good dining out/seating experience. Queue space to order is insufficient and no clear waiting space either.

3) Customer Handling: Slow and no clear guidance on offers, for take home delivery customer has no notification that her order is ready.

Just being happy that a well lighted space and a happening public space in Payyannur.

Price was high moreover quality was not good as expected, that too much salty
Very poor service & attitude towards customers are not satisfying at all?
Main thing is that there is no washbasin, at least not providing any tissues on the dining table
