Pizza Hut

It shows that it provides lots of offers but after ordering and adding up the GST and other hidden charges it doesn't feel of much offer or discounts. Well coming to food they do have great pizzas and I feel lack of toppings on their pizza as compared with other outlet in kerala

Food was good!

But the service and the staff service, attire and approach were not upto the standard of Pizza Hut.

Proper training should be given to the staff since Pizza Hut is a world wide brand.

Too hot inside…
They don't use the air conditioner.

Also quite noisy; unprofessional staffs; Overall the ambience is not meeting the global pizza hut standards. Needs improvement.

Staff's need to be trained well. They are not at all customer centric. Local restaurants behave better than this.

Tasty pizza, deliver the food right to the table, however staff are getting rude when we take little extra time to finalize the order.

The atmosphere could be improved. Now it's too noisy and the air conditioning is not up to the mark.

Even after stating an valid point which they missed to inform me before placing the order, instead of apologizing they kept arguing.

Very bad product quality. I ordered exotica veggie garlic bread, they gave me mayonnaise instead of cheese. I heard them talking to each other like " customer may raise complaint" but I didn't realize that they were talking about my order. Got to know about the issue only after eating the garlic bread. Didn't expect such a service from pizza hut.

It was take away and timing was odd say 10: 45pm so experience can't be shared.may be next time

Fake pizza hut. Doesn't matter even taste real pizza hut. And they take almost 45 min to deliver one pizza. Will never recommend this place.

Amateuristic totally - Maybe because it's in the starting stage.
We had the food there before 2 hours, and still our eyes are burning. No proper exhaust, or it's off.
No body was there to clean the table on time, and we ourselves did it on the table we dined.
Food was average, and even other small outlets provide better ones.
Nobody was there to manage or supervise.

Didn't expect this from a big worldwide reputed chain.
If this is continuing, the NAME will be spoiled.

Place looks nice.but not kept clean.no one bothered to clean the previous customers leftovers. Really poor services. And when it comes to the quality of pizza not upto to the minimum expectation of pizza hut or any pizza shop.i had ordered pepperoni pizza one of my favourites to be honest it was quite disappointing. Really bad experience. Sorry!

This is the first time eating a pizza which is so tasty and crispy and it also came before time.

Comparing other pizza hut i went to here we can see the staff are unprofessional. Taste of pizza is Ok.no water in washroom.getting wrong item than what i ordered

Love the place. It takes a while to get cooked. I ordered sausage pizza and momos and it was great. The interior of the shop is beautiful.

The food quality is really bad. I had ordered a chicken supreme pizza. It was so terrible that the crust was uncooked and can be compared to puffs. The service and food is really bad compared to the other Pizza Hut branches in Kerala. The food can't be called a pizza. I wouldn't recommend anyone to have food from here. They really have to improve their standards and be ahead of everything.

Take away was pretty much effortless for me.

Writing this almost 1 month from my last review pizza baked here are not up to the mark as compared to there other outlets
The last time i ordered a take away my order was showing prepared on the app.but i had to wait another 30-35 mins to receive the order after i came to pick it up

Major food chains are making an entry into adoor.adding to that.pizza hut.big plus to their service and pizzas were good.

I am from Bangalore. This pizza hut in adoor misses so many items from the menu compared to banglore.and taste was up to the mark (again comparing to Bangalore)

Disappointed. Very slow service. Spent 1 hour 20 minutes at the store to order and pick up my stuff. Food taste was average.

Very bad service with absolutely no taste. It’s a disgrace to be even called as Pizza Hut. The crust was soggy and uncooked. It felt like curry on a naan. This is how franchisees fail, bad management with no quality control.

Pizzas were good and excellent service also good.
One rating is for the dine in facilities provided.
Not at all a recommended place for dine in, they didn’t have a proper wash area, wash basin is inside the uncleaned toilet

Such a great ambience with a delicious menu served.
The staffs here are also so kind and pleasing and welcomes the customers with a smile always.
No matter what the concern is.they are ready to solve it for them.
The taste is really ultimate!
Overall, a great experience.
A must try place to go have fun and eat pizzaaaa

Comparing with other Pizza Hut outlets which I have visited, here unprofessional customer handling, not serving at the table which is there at other outlets, lack of cleanliness. Could have made way better.

Renowned pizza franchise in adoor.however standards in comparison to other outlets are questionable. Y'all could improve the serving time as well as staff count and skill. Idk if it's because of one oven or not but I gotta say waiting for 1 hr for a pie is pathetic

Compared to other Pizza Hut outlets, this outlet has not reached up to the level. Food serving and order taking needs to be more fine tuned. Once the pizza is ready, there must be something for reminder like some bell system.
