Pizza Hut

The order is always delayed. The screen where they show the readiness of the order is not functional or not used properly. I went there on Sunday 12 30 and still they are not open properly and ready to accept orders. Pathetic.

Not much veggies added in the pizza even for the signature ones. Top of that tomato ketchup was chargeable.

Located between Style Plus, Subway and Brand Factory, this Pizza Hut outlet has been open for a few years now.
They provide the latest dishes on the Pizza Hut menu and the pizzas provided here are of good quality. The prices are mostly affordable if you bring a couple of people and you'll be having a good time dining there with the good amount of seats available. The food is also served within a few minutes of ordering.
They don't have much dedicated parking space in front of them so, you'll have to park some place else. The air conditioning could've been better.

Ordered 7" Personal Chicken Sausage. It was super delicious. Only drawback i found is the crust of the bread is not that crunchy. Other than taste is delicious.

Ordered 1 medium size chicken tikka pizza. The one which was delivered was not as per explained. Pizza was very salty.
We ordered it as we loved it on the previous order.

We tried the medium sized chicken meat ball pizza. The taste was rather dry. Tried the combo of two for about 540. Average taste.

If you are ordering pizza from here it means you have money to waste. On pizza only thin layer of some items which is tasteless. They prepare hurriedly & give as customer is fool. I'm saying again.don't buy from here.

Very bad experience. If you're not planning to spend atleast 30 mins waiting for the pizza, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. I had to wait over 30 mins for a personal pan pizza. They'll give priority to Zomato/ Swiggy as they'll be penalized for the delay. And hence you'll have to wait forever. Very unprofessional way to handle customers.

The phone pay doesn't work the delivery takes ages, today I waited 3 hrs for and when we went an asked the people working there (very rude)
They said the payment process is not done, just went down to the McDonald's and it worked like a charm, in Summing it up DOG WATER SERVICE NEVER GO THERE!

Lots of varieties of pizza with awesome ambience. You can definitely visit with your friends or family if you are coming here.

Worst experience. Ordered chicken pepper crunch and chicken pepperoni pizza today
But when I got home and checked, both the pizzas were chicken pepperoni.
The pepperoni on the pizza were raw and not properly cooked.

The staffs are very customer friendly
If we have any questions or doubts the staffs and the managers are clearing it
I can feel the speed of service
The taste of the product is very very good
Everyone must try pizza hut's pizzas

Below average pizza compared to domino's. But price is high. When I went last time Dominos was there in MOT. But now Pizza Hut is in place. I will never opt it any more

Dominos vs Pizza hut? Dominos if you are on a budget and Pizza hut if you want great quality pizzas. I see they are trying to provide food at lower costs but it will take time for indian customers to prefer Pizza hut over dominos cause Dominos is more popular here. I try pizza hut when I get bored of Dominos. But yeah it's anyone's game at this point.

Quite well service, value for money nd order was taken care of quick, loved the taste tooo could hve given more condiments in takeaway tooo is my only suggestion.

It's wasn't seems like the pizza it used to. They had some weird smelling oil in there pizza base. And tasted like something sour and rotten. Felt bad but gotta say that they serving like this on the name of pizza hut. Which doesn't even reach to the quality of #pizzahut. Seems fake. But what we can say when They said that's how South Indians like their pizzzzzzaaas. Lol. Now he made me speechless.gotta give 2star for his reply

Extremely bad service, had to wait over an hour just for the waiter to take our order, food was good but nothing special. Was not very satisfied.

Cold pizza the took time to come out. Pepperoni tasted like baloney. Friendly staff is the only thing they have going for them.

The pizzas were okay. However, the pizza base had a lot of oil greasing which I personally didn't like. I recommend in the same price domino's serve better. Plus you can get myriad combo options in Domino's which doesnt seem to be on Pizza Hut's cards.

Variety is less, they don't provide delivery to many of the places. Hope to get it delivered to different locations in Trivandrum.
