It's a nice calm and quiet place with nice accommodation.we can find the rooms at a reasonable price in the Kochi.really poket friendly.

I stayed with my colleagues and all 4 of us happy with the rooms and the services. Rooms are spacious and comfortable to stay. The hotel is located close to all shopping malls, banks and important places. Great location, excellent services, Clean rooms and overall good value for money.

Such an arrogant behaviour owner ne staffs. Never suggest this use less. Charging more everything.

I stayed in an Non AC room. The room is very congested. The hotel is running by a family, so somewhere felt a restrictions. The area is clean, room and toilet as well. I wld suggested this hotel for a one day stay.

Family hotel, very neat and tidy place. We stayed with our family and the owner was very helpfull. For giving us boiled water for our kids and giving good support for local sight seeing.

This hotel is located very near to bypass junction kakkanad. I have taken a Non Ac room. Rooms are very neat and cost also comes under our budget. If anyone want neat & good room with in budget, i recommend them to try this hotel.

Very rude staffs. I booked a double bed room, initially they try to cheat me with a single bed room. I demanded double bed. Then they arranged a very bad room with less facilities.without a towel, bedsheet soap or nothing provided. I requested a sample soap and they charged me for 5rs for that.every hotel provides some basic facilities.but these hotel is the worst service I ever felt.

Room വളരെ മോശം ആണ്. Rate മേടിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ഒരു ഫെസിലിറ്റിയും ഇല്ല. നമ്മളോട് ഒരു ഉത്തരവാദിത്തവും ഇല്ല. അനാവശ്യമായ റൂൾസ് ആണ്. ഞാൻ room വിളിച്ചു book ചെയ്തിട്ട് അവസാന നിമിഷം room ഇല്ലന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. അങ്ങനെ മൊത്തം iritetion ആണ്. ഫാമിലി ആയി സ്റ്റേ ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ല

Rooms are much smaller than expected from seeing photos. Also the cash recipient is bit greedy (not sure it's owner or worker)
First they told price around 600 then after i reached there in midnight they increased it by hundred on the same room. They said it's a different one but No. It's the same one that enquired with 2beds. I think they're pretty sure i have no other option at that time (midnight) So he use me in demand. It's okay:)
ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION " WIFI SIGNAL WILL NOT REACH IN YOUR ROOM", MOST OF THEM.

Very good place to stay, clean and felt homely. The staffs were nice and helpful. The cheapest option was good enough for me, because I stayed only for a night.room seemed small but completely fine for the price.

This is an economical place to stay, owners seem to be adjusting and accommodative. I would say, not to expect much hospitality like that of a star hotel. Price seemed to be reasonable and have lot of money saving options, as in you can even opt for rooms without tv which reduces the rental charges by Rs. 75 per day. Facilities like public transport, restaurants, medical shops, supermarkets, etc are nearby as well.

A tourist home located near Alinchuvadu Junction, near Padivattom. I will really appreciate them for the extra effort they are taking for keeping this property clean and neat as same as our home. The demerits of this property is the size of the room - it's small especially the bathroom is too small. The cleanliness is the best part which moves them in the midst of the competitive market I believe.

The worst service ever. Turned down a booking at 4am after reaching the property. This was after getting a confirmation of the room in email. Plus was chargee rs 150.00 extra from the booked amount. To top it all, was asked to leave the same day at noon. Cant hv experienced a more worse consideration right in the morning.

The worst experience I have ever received is from here. Went to book a room and the way the owner behaved and blamed us and said bad things, we left at that moment only. We just asked help to take the luggage to 4th floor as there is no lift. And the reply was that they are not servant to take care of their guest. And started saying bad words. We closed our mouth and ear and left. That place is not pleasant guys, take it seriously.

A nice budget stay on a calm street close to the edappally highway area of Ernakulam. The main advantage is the clam, relaxed and patient persons of management. If you are looking for a really budget stay, you may for this!

Rate is very cheap compared to other hotels. Room size is small and no parking space also. But it is located near bye pass and easily accessible. No restaurant is there and we have to get down for tea or food. Very homely atmosphere and run by a family. Just like a service apartment. Both Ac rooms and non Ac rooms are available there.

Worst rooms, v v small and dirty. A small family is maintaining with least budget. No Room boys, no proper chairs, table etc. V arrogant family. Never prefer this Inn, their bill shows it is paying guest accommodation and they argue that we should not ask for basic amenities. Particularly family stay will suffer.

Yes of course its a budget hotel i got a room in a very affordable manner the room was neat and the bathroom is functional overall I think it's good for the price we pay still they don't provide Wi-Fi to normal guests it's only for oyo bookers it seems
