This is a gymnasium by Kerala Police inside the renowned Chandrasekharan Nair stadium in Palayam, heart of Thiruvananthapuram. Here public also can take membership. There is discounted rate for Police personnel and Government staff, both Central and State, serving as well as retired. The timings are morning 5.30 to 10 am and evening 4 to 8.30 pm. Sunday only morning it’s open.

Just taken the admission. For govt. Employees they charge 3000 for one year. Also can use the synthetic track.

Governmental gym so fee is less I'm comparison with other gyms in city but it is a con also because of less fee this place is overcrowded you have to wait patiently for machines except dumbells are other machines are full all the time, you have to choose right time which can be suitable for you.

Very modern gym with all latest equipments. Trainers are well educated and they are strict. Here now public people are also allowed if u get membership here u will also be allowed inside stadium ground. It is best to the given cost. U need 2 photos and 1 identity proof for joining here.

It is a functional gym with no frills. Lot of equipments and all of them really works with multiple equipment of the same type; so generally you do not have to wait for your turn. Trainers are very helpful. The only issue is that the place is not air-conditioned. Hot humid Kerala weather make you sweat buckets.
If you're a regular long distance runner, it is strongly recommended to take the membership of the stadium also. Running on synthetic track is a different experience.
