I used to be regular customer for doing my eyebrows. Last week I did waxing in here and I got wax burns on both of my hands.
Staff chit chats and leave us behind with the wax on and it turned out to really bad.

I would never recommend anyone this salon and I myself stopped going there. Pathetic service.

The worst ever I have come across in my whole life. My husband and family booked the Ponnys services for our marriage reception on April 21st. So we called them home to set my hair/makeup and charges told for us was around Rs. 8000. I'm not sure why was that amount of charge was provided though. We returned after the marriage and was about to get over the saree and everything, they told me not to remove the makeup and to keep the previous makeup as it is. I don't quite understand why would any beauty Parlours ask the girl not to remove makeup and keep as it is. Moreover we r being charged so much. They dint have to do anything other than the makeup. They were literally testing my patience and passing irritating comments at the marriage house. They even lost one of my gold earring stud. Do you guys even think they are even apt to be into the beauty industry who isn't professional enough? Especially during a day that I am supposed to be having a good and emotional time. Such a worst behaviour. I Haven't and won't forget that day that they had ruined my time and made me feel bad by their behaviour.even seen these kinds even abroad or anywhere in India.

Love their services.the girl who used to cut my hair used to be awesome, but sadly she left
