Over priced. Shop is not well organised. You will get tired of roaming around for many items. Men's clothing is very very poor selection.

I live in canada and came to india for vacation. I went here with my mom for getting a saree after watching really good collections in their videos. But unfortunately, the sales girl was not happy as we did not like any collections. And she was insisting us to take saree as we spend some time there. How will we take a dress if we don't like it? She was also saying that “ she’ll lose her job “ if we don’t buy anything. At the end she also told my mom that, if you don’t like anything here, you’re not going to like anything at a different store. Most of the people there were chatting to each other and the sales person who helped us did not want to show us different collections. Really bad customer service and no selection.

I would never recommend "Poononil Silks" for online purchase.
Only their marketing side is good, the rest is pathetic, especially the customer service.
This is the first time I have had such a bad experience with online shopping.
Three weeks later I still haven't received the product I ordered.
I asked for update but no response.

I had a very bad experience of online purchase of a saree. I ordered through website for a blue colour saree and maid the payment. But when I received it was another black colour saree. I called their customer service many times and they never pick up my call. Don't purchase from them.

Have very nice collections. But the Boss (owner I think) lady sitting near the billing section was very rude in nature. She won't wake up when the customer comes in and you make payment and sitting one leg on the top of the other always.

Worst customer service. Had a very bad experience with online purchase. Online account transfer was successful but product was not delivered. Even after two weeks, neither money was refunded nor ordered product received. Never order from poonolil.

Good collection, but with very poor customer service. Except for one saleswoman who attended to us in the saree section, in the first floor, others were least bothered in attending to customers when we went downstairs to look for some running materials, even though, the shop was least crowded.

Stitching is expensive than other clothing stores and they’re not punctual or doesn’t give the clothes by the time. Always need to call them and says it’s ready but had to wait for long. Terrible services compared to other clothing stores. Never gonna get any clothes or stitching from there

I've never experienced such an insult. They don't know basic customer service. If you have a self respect never visit this place.

My review is purely for customer service! If u have self respect, don’t go there because they need a class on how to treat customers well face to face!
This is my second time to this shop, the first time had a good experience and purchased sarees worth ₹12,000. We are we’re not entirely satisfied with one saree and wanted and exchanged for one of new collections which was called and informed. Despite driving 1.5hrs, ‘informing them first said they said no to exchange and then we will c because “saree was not in original folding”, when the saree is not used and the folding are all perfectly there. My profession is not theirs and they cannot expect a customer to perfectly fold give it to them back to make their staffs work easy. I as a customer even if it’s ₹1000 being my hard earned money can ask for return as per policy on the bill instead I was treated with arrogance, the lady showing us the saree v want to exchange it for was acting as if we stole a saree for free and she is forced to show it! After v communicated that to her regarding her around she started showing interest in showing saree, till then arrogant! They may be good at online service, but face to face learn some manners!

Foa very very bad costumer service. I ordered a saree I didn't receive yet I ordered 3 weeks ago I am very disappointed I wil never order it again pls don't order. I asked to them for pay on delivery and she said no in a rude way so I paid and didn't received yet. When I asked them they didn't even know what did I order and simply put dispatched

They have great collection and Mr. Arun designer of Poonolil team he has done a great job so professional and accurate in explaining the design and wonderful work Hatsoff to Arun for giving us a great output for our baby’s baptism dress.

I don't know abt the online service.but when I came to the shop.the service was really bad.there was collection and selection in the shop.but none of them was interested to sell anything to us.it was as if they were giving things free to us.didn't expect this from such a reputed shop
