Got stomachache after had porotta and beef, also got bad gulam jamun, good for packed snacks only

Bad service and attitude. Didn't give balance amount. Cashier's behavior is very bad. Poor service. Not a good suggestion.

My recent visit to the restaurant and bakery in Adur was an absolute delight. We decided to try the Kizhi Biryani, and although the server suggested one portion would suffice for both of us, we found his honesty and consideration quite refreshing.

He was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It's rare to find such genuine and welcoming service in every restaurant. The biryani itself was not only delicious but also served in generous portions. The overall customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend trying their biryani - it's a taste sensation! Looking forward to more visits in the future

Very bad experience

*Earlier the shawarma used to be nice but now nothing is good.
All products are high priced when comparing to other bakers.
*They charge cold rubber porotta for 12rupees where as the local shops charges hot and chewy porotta for just 10rupees and that too with great curry.
* for packed foods the shop is just okay for others I won't suggest this hotel to anyone.

Very bad service and place. Used to be very good 4-5 years back. I'm posting this review in 2023. As of now, it is just pathetic. Ordered a fruit salad and all it had was banana pieces and 4-5 cornflakes. No dry fruits or nothing. Way too much of tutti fruti. Very bad quality. After reporting the issue they didn't even try to make anything better. Please don't visit. Nowadays they are getting lot's of customers so they are not taking any efforts at all. Shakes also are served in the slimmest glasses possible to decrease the quantity. And as for quality, it's a joke. Place is good for pre packed snacks. But shakes and sandwiches are really bad. I used to be a back to back customer before 4 years and now they have lost me as a customer forever. Never going back there and would suggest everyone to not go either.

I never recommend this shop to anyone.customers should be treated as king but here they are not serving customers in a good manner.if you r having patience u can visit here (if u r ordering food u have to wait for a longgg time may be for hours), i came here and wasted nearly to half hour and no staffs came to take order.i think they don't have enough staffs. Service is very bad here.i don't know about the quality of food.bcz of their impolite behaviour i didn't ordered anything and left from here.when i complained about the issue to the old man (may be owner of the shop) sitting in the cashier side, he doesn't take it seriously and told me to wait some more time.is this the way to treat your customers? If you are famous in this area doesn't mean to treat customers like a beggar.everyone is paying for their food.

Situated in the heart of Pandalam, this eatery is usually the first choice for many, mainly because of its location and history. There's too much rush especially in the afternoon hours and usually the customer service is poor, probably because of lack of enough staff. I don't find the shakes they serve delectable. The snacks aren't appetizing either. There are enough tables here and those wanting to have full meals can take the stairs to the restaurant. Many varieties of packaged snacks are available. The place is located near the junction, in proximity to the private bus stand. Also, you may find it difficult to park your four wheeler because there is no separate parking space available.

Once, one month ago, in a parcel biriyani, got a rubber band. Even after.repeated complaint over telephone, direct through the restaurent cash counter and through third party, the responsible person or persons didn't respond till date.

I purchased veg fried rice from here. Unfortunately the veg fried rice contain shell of egg. When I reported to the owner he updated like it's the small shell, right? Neglect it.

A GROWING PASSIONATE RESTAURANT. FILLED WITH RICH AMOUNT OF FOODS AND BAKERY ITEMS PASTRIES AND MANY MORE. ALWAYS CROWDY DUE TO ITS DEMAND IN THE PLACE.

I had a good experience whenever I purchased from Pooram Bakers and SN restaurant. Shawarma and Arabian dishes are good. Other kerala snacks are also of good quality. However had a bad experience with mixture once. You will also get varities of cakes including customized ones for birthday or other functions at affordable price. Parking is very difficult especially with big vehicles.

Worst. Bought a packet of biscuit from here and the expiry date of that item was five month ago. The guy at the cash counter was rude when i tried to return the expired item. Pathetic and irresponsible staffs. Worst bakers in pandalam selling expired products.

Had a good experience. Food is good and tastes good. Parking can get trickier especially during evening hours.

May be the only one restaurant in the town that covers most food items. Food is average but post Corona, they had expanded the menu.

Never buy any snacks from this bakery. I bought so many things like Micher, banana chip, arimurukke, pakkavada etc. All of these were really bad taste. I think they r using some cheap oil for making all these. Seriously tooooooooooo baddddddddd taste….

Very bad customer service from the billing section (girl). Her attitude towards customer is poor

Good variety of snacks available in the bakery section and quality is also good. But the hotel in first floor is below par and untidy. No proper air passage and not at all clean. Also no parking. So be ready to walk if you plan to visit here

I ordered a biriyani at sn restaurant Pandalam on satday, it was not good. The fud was obsolete, I ate it & got diarrhea. And also the restaurant staff. We entered dh restaurant, dh all serving tables are not clean. Even after the customers had eaten the food, the staff kept talking loudly & without cleaning the table. It was like going to the market

First of all about the restaurant. Cleanliness bad. And the food looked so good but it was a leftover kept for days I think was really bad. Now about the Bakery they have lot of things that's a good thing but have to wait for a long to pay the bill even though one or two customers are present

The worst restaurant ever! Despite of the harsh behaviour of the cashier (owner) the restaurant doesn't run organized at all. Customers keep waiting for hours for their order to be delivered and the quantity and quality of food they serve is really pathetic at an unreasonable rate. Staffs are not aware of exact amount of items. Cheapest behavior!

Shavarma is good with very Less oil that's good. Biriyani rice and masala nice. But the pieces are hard. Grilled chicken not good.

One of the best restaurant in the area. They have a wide variety of cuisines. The fish biriani which I had was amazing

പാലപ്പം കഴിച്ചു. തണുത്തു മരവിച്ചു കട്ടിയായ പുളിച്ച പാലപ്പം രാവിലെ ആയതു കൊണ്ട് vegitable curry വാങ്ങിച്ചു അതും തണുത്ത് ആവശ്യം ഇല്ലാത്ത vegitable cut ചെയ്തിട്ടത് കൊണ്ടു അതിനും taste ഇല്ല.

Very bad experience faced while shopping (Rs51) lady at billing counter behaviour very bad! I used buy around 2k to 6k worth item in each month now thinking of another shopes.
Snacks quality become very low now days specially SN branded one's

This place is kind of good beacause of the variety of products sold here.
The food tastes pretty good and the place is really cozy.
The food tastes fresh and the service is very nice.
Tip: -Do not buy the burgers here! They use cutlets instead of a patty.

It's a little hard to find this restaurant from the main road. However if you were to look for SN bakery then this restaurant is right above it, accessible from inside the bakery via stairs. The food is good though not excellent. The staff is not very responsive, could be because the place is crowded. There is a lot on the menu so it may take time for you to choose something. They do have an A/C cabin for family dining. The place is moderately hygienic and ambience is good enough. There is no car parking.

Too Crowdy. Hygiene Is Satisfactory. Has A Variety Of Drinks. Recommended For Teenagers. A Bit Expensive.

One of the best restaurant in Pandalam. Almost every dishes served here has its own authentic taste. The main attraction is the Dum Biriyani served here which is very tasty and enough dry to eat. When it comes to Tandoor dishes it's very delicious.

Please don't eat shawarma from pandalam SN bakery.
I had food poison.now taking medication.
It's happened on 2 July 2019.

Best service.good staffs, seating capabilities are fine. Downherted staffs.need some improvements in supplying!

Nice bakery for quick drop to buy or eat something. We had got chocolates, cream cake nd few other snacks. Both cash and card options available.

One of the best bakeries in this town. But make sure that the items you have purchased are not expired. Especially the cakes.
