Randomly came to this place in 2010 to stitch a blouse in a day. Since then, Ive been a regular here, they’ve always followed my instructions and did what Ive told them to do - straight side stitching with extra stitches to take off And they always have been great with the delivery time as well. It’s advisable to bring in a fitting blouse to take measurements in. If not, they stitch a trial blouse to make adjustments incase.
Staff has always been understanding, supportive and helpful.

I have been a customer of Poornimas for the past 6 years. I have only good experiences there. Their stitching style is also upto mark. I liked the customer service pretty good. They have a collection of ready-made materials. I buy them often and it is nice too.

Very bad. I will not recommend anyone there. This is my first experience. The staffs are very bad. When I and my friends went to get stitched, they said there is another department for uniforms. Then we go there and they said that this pattern will stitched by the previous ones that we have already visited (at near paramekkavu temple). Then they suggested it and we took the measurement and You can collect these stitched ones from there.that uniform is uterly flop. We already sended the model too. And not stitched by the model just like a churidar top. To hide their mistake they gave more suggestions to our uniform. And they charged 1300 rupee for per uniform. We stitched 6 uniform there. Actually right now we lose our money and cloth. Very very bad experience with them.

Wanted the back a bit lower but the one who took was reluctant and said yes but when got the blouse is not what was discussed.very very disappointing

Got fleeced badly by poornimas just now. They are NOT a boutique. Gave them 4 blouses 2 of them with bead work on sleeves and border. No thread work, no embroidery. They charged me 3500 for one blouse! And close to 2k on average for the rest. When I asked for the bill at the time of measurements, they said they'll let me know the rates later since there is some extra work involved, so I had NO idea, and trusted them to be reasonable since my mom gives her day to day blouses there for about 500rs per piece. Made a costly mistake, not going here anymore!

We have been associated with them for 4 years now. The stitching is amazing and the customer service is up to the mark. I would strongly recommend Poornimas to everyone.

I had worst experience here. I gave 4 blouses for stitching; my aunt's and mom's. 2 blouses were stitched at first which were just 'okayish'. The next two, one which we changed neck design in between, were stitched different to our requirements and charged surprisingly high. They even blamed us for changing the design in between. I personally myself went to the place again to iterate the design and they said that confused them. Just one opinion to Poornimas, if you feel you can't even keep up with one little change iterated perfectly to you, then i believe you need to question your level of professionalism; especially when you charge a good sum even for a normal stitching.

Not so great place for stitching. It's a hit and miss. Sometimes you get the items stitched as requested. Sometimes they will be all over the place

Favourite ️. Perfect stitching, customised kurtis and half sarees were perfect! And good collection of kurtis and blouses as well.

When it comes to clothing i choose Poornimas boutique. Super customer service and excellent collections. Trial services are also good

but unfortunately are totally disappointed and surprised, because given details not matching with your work,

So you have to make sure, all your works are done perfectly, otherwise you will loose your company name and credibility

Very Very BAD stitching and Horrible Service.

They’ve ruined my entire wedding dresses. My wedding blouse, second saree blouse and other 6 saree blouses they completly ruined my blouses and 2 lachas for wedding reception.

Their coustomer service are also horrible and they are using abusing words when we complaint about they’re stictching.

Their stitching charges are very high. My total stitching charge is Rs. 11000 for 2 lachaas, 8 blouses, 2 churidhar and i already gave linings of the blouses.

Their stitching fees for 1 normal saree blouse is 800 and they told me they send this blouses in botique section.but i told them that is not ma wedding blouse its my normal blouse but they took 800 rs for each blouse bcus they told so.

And they also told me to not lock the door of the dressing room when i try out dress. Very unsafe place for trying our stitched dresses. If we complain their stitching they blame the dress materials and the textile shop of the materials like kalyan, jayalakshmi, etc

Also they won’t give the dresses on time. It will take more than one week from the delivery date. They always give the time of delivery is after 6 clk evening.please don’t give your materials for stitching in this shop.
There are so many good stitching centers in our thrissur which give good services in affordable rate.
I’ve made a mistake by going this bloody shop and ruined my dream wedding.so u guys don’t go there they give your dresses to unexperienced and studying staff in nedupuzha unit.

Poornimas does a great tailoring job. Love their meticulous cutting & stitching skills. They are good at replicating even the complex designs.
Right place for Wedding Trousseau tailoring and also day-to-day stuff.
The shop provides the good lining for a payment & saves the time and effort of going to textile shops.
One needs to pay a premium price for the excellent work - understandable I think.
Prompt in delivering stuff. Just that you need to visit the shop after 6 pm on the delivery date.
Parking is a problem and you are better off getting dropped there and picked up.
Area for improvement is mainly customer service. A better approach to the customer / demeanor would definitely lead to an increase the customer satisfaction.

and told them to stich one first and if it is okay only, proceed with other
I didn't like the first one and then they told they already cut the other three and to come again to confirm neck designs
Same happened with bridal blouse
Discussed design already gave advance also and then they told their tab was damaged and wanted me to go again to discuss about designs
I returned it back
They charged pretty high amounts for stiched one and unfinished one

These people have no idea about stiching and only concreted for collecting money from customers.

For the past few years am a regular customer out here.i think they are doing all their works upto their mark. Even thouht its releated to designer wear or not.they are the best for the coast we spend. I think that they are more approachable to do works according to our likes with a minimized coast compared to others in the city. They are a boutique and an ordinary stitching centre at the same time. Even though people with ordinary requirements too can approach them. They do our work without classifying the customers on the basis of their financial status.where many top rated stitching centres in thrissur do so as i have experienced.

I would give them zero if I could, most un unethical and un professional people ever! Only interested in taking our money and providing below average service.

Terrible place. Ruined 2 units of very expensive clothing which was supposed to be for my to-be wife despite measurments as well as sample units given. Felt very bad since this was for the marriage saree. I got to know later, the staff was quite rude to make alterations, not proactive and had to be forced upon to accept their mistakes.

Oh my goodness.terrible terrible place.that lady ruined 3 very expensive salwars given for stitching there.absolutely ruined them.had provided specifoc instructions for stitching and god knows where she was listening.i she took money for borders and piping but didnt do ay of those.even the sticting quality is soo poor.i am close to tears now.
