Dear popees MD, I had a very bad customer care experience from your store manager, Kannur, my ever worse experience.please teach your store manager that how to speak to customers, infact sales associates (a lady and a boy) had helped us in a very good manner, they knows the best service, tell that manager to learn from them that how to manage customers. I sent a mail to your customer care I'd, please reply me personally.

I bought this as a gift for a coworker's baby shower for a baby boy. She LOVED the robe, and the quality was very nice. I would highly recommend this as a baby shower gift for all genders of newborns and wish they made an adult size accompanying version! **UPDATE** I came back and bought another for my cousin (Blue Elephant) same great quality and cozy little robe. Photo attached of the blue one.

If you are worried about the waist rope - it does not wrap completely around the robe and cannot be detached. I think this makes it much less of a hazard.

So soft! I got this for my baby that will be here in April. I had my 6 year old tell me what he thought. He said it's so cute and super soft. He wants one now it's a little on the big side so be careful if you use it for a new born after the bath. They can get lost in it. Lol. I will be buying more just to have for myself and as gifts for others.
