POTAFO Calicut Office

Today ordered a food from the restaurant for lunch at 12.07 pm through Potafo. Called potafo at 1.30 pm after finding that there wasnt any change in the order status. The person who picked up the call informed that they will do the needful. Finding the order status still the same at 1.50 called the restaurant. They called back and informed that the order was ready for delivery no one has come to pick up. Had to call Potafo again, the person who picked up the call said nothing can be done unless the hotel informs its ready for pickup.
When asked for the manager a lady called and co ordinated to pickup the parcel which arrived at 2.30. Potafo should anticipate the rush hour and keep enough staff for the business to run properly.

I ordered food and after waiting for an hour, i enquired, and they said the item we ordered isn't available on the time. They could have informed earlier so that I need not wait that longer and could have ordered from else somewhere.

Worst food delivery app to loot money. If you want a food at 8.30 you have to make sure to order 1.5/2 hrs before. In this advanced technological era there is no option to track the delivery boys.even if delivery is late we have to accept the orders, restaurants even itself has written in packaging food should be consumed in 2hrs.if there is any issue in particular order or customer rejects due to delivery time they delete the order from the order list very tactfully. Better to go and beg instead of making money like this dear owners.

The Worst food delivery service in calicut. First lets talk about positive side as they have some local restaurants tie up with them thats a plus which is not available for others. Now negatives its very pathetic that you first of all doesnt give any offers plus you add extra price on dish thats fine all does it but the worst part is when u add a single item to cart it takes 30rs per item then again delivery charges and there is no offer at all. For example: when u add biriyani at your price 120 in the menu and when it comes to cart its showing 150 on a single dish thats not acceptable so customers need to pay 30rs additional on all Single dishes thats a loot from Customers. I respect you being the local delivery app for Calicut food lovers but dont be just local thats all i have to say also very outdated Application compared to competitors.

One of the delayed service in Calicut. Better the premier restaurants in town opt out Potafo at the earliest

The only reason not deleting the app is because paragon delivery is available

I noticed price change for most items from 20 to 25 rs and added delivery charge. So for a item of 100 rs, you almost pay 150 around.

This app has very slow delivery when compared to other apps and they don't show the route map of the delivery agent so it is very difficult to map them which makes it more difficult

With great expectation I downloaded the app but totally disappointed now. I ordered a food through this app and restaurant already send the food but delivery person not delivered. My money and time lost not suggest for any one

Not recommended for senior citizens and elderly because of no updates on late delivery even if it's late by one hour, and charges more than others

Tried Potafo Today. Great experience and service. When there was a delay in delivering, ur staff called and explained the scenario, which is a great gesture. Long way to go

Ordered lunch at 12pm, still it’s 1.35pm they have not delivered and no whereabout, really pathetic, I think if you want anything from them for lunch you have order at the time of breakfast may be 9am, really unprofessional

They should be sensitive enough to understand the sentiments of people, the advertisement was deplorable and needs to removed at the earliest! Giving the lowest rating for the insensitivity.

I ordered 2 beef biryani at 8.05pm and got food at 9.37pm
Almost 1.30-2hrs waste my time and also delivery is poor quality
2 Beef Biryani ordered from Rahmat Hotel and I got 2fried rice from topform hotel.

Please please use a proper map and address locator in your app. I am fed up with attending calls from your agents asking the address.

Delivery timing is an issue, surviving on rahmath biryani, if u work on timing and tracking system u guys will rock in future

Even though there are n number of food delivery services available in Calicut, all prominent restaurants in Calicut are using Potafo's service to deliver food to their customers. This itself shows the credibility of Potafo. Awesome service. Good luck guys

How can you call yourself a business.

I have ordered through your app, my money got deducted and food is not delivered.

I have tried calling the customer service 8 times, no even is even picking the call.

Do you understand the value of time and money. Have a minimum courtesy to customers who are paying money to you.

Very bad service, they took the payment and then cancelled the order saying cannot be delivered. It's been almost 6 days, i haven't got the payment back. They are cheating. I have deleted the app. Customer service is pathetic.

I ordered food through potafo and after 10 minutes they told me item is not available.
And I’m already pay for this order through my debit card.i lost my money.i lost my time.
Please don’t promote these type of app.

Refunding for non delivery is not received after 2 months, but swiggy will refund within 2 to 3 working days. And charge for food is higher than restaurants and with that they charge service charge but restaurants options more in potafo than swiggy

I'm sure that the people's who gave 5 star to this app are not customers. Bcoz I know potato...
Don't trust them. Really fraudulent online food delivery.
