I went there to buy lays for my saree blouse and when I asked them to select colours the staff were so rude that I went out without buying any.

So far I had no good experience with Pothys. The product cost is way too high compared to Max or most other places and the quality of the materials are not that great.

Its a great place for shopping. Pretty good choices for dresses and the underground hypermarket has a wide range of products and companies to choose from, on the other hand it is really crowded inside and lack places to sit and wait. Also the foodfrom the food court is pretty much trash, and there is a very few number of seats among them half of which are vulnerable to rain and the heat. Overall its a great shopping destination but won't be my first preference.

Trivandrum people's usual shopping place where almost everything is available under one roof. Enough parking and collections.
For textiles, I don't prefer personally but have every rate range options available.

Next floor for baby. All items covered onto that floor. Next floor for men.

This place is a maze! But the quality of the clothes and the range of choices is remarkable. We bought some great pieces. Be careful if you're claustrophobic, however!

One stop shop for all ur needs, but always busy. Parking is not an issue.
Tried the textile section here for the first time and was impressed by their variety.

Be wary of their return policy though, in the receipt they mention credit note would be given. In most other stores, you are given time for x number of days to redeem the credit note, but here in pothys they give you an rc which has to be utilized the same day in similar departments only (their logic is they use three different softwares for various departments). This becomes very difficult when you are short of time that you have to buy something of equal or higher value from the same department.

A very big cloth and readymade dress store in the heart of Thiruvananthpuram city. You will get a very wide choice for selection. You can get all kind of cloths and readymades right from cheap to very costly

Not so impressive. People will always say Pothys in Kerala will be good you can have a lots of collections but not up to it's level what others told to us. It is same as like our Tamilnadu showrooms.

Bit rush. Sherwani collection is more than any other shops near by. The winter wear collection is not that great.

Pothys is a great place to shop especially for clothes. They also provide a decent amount of discounts. Now with their parking expanded, they have ample parking too.

Pothy is a good shoping mall at trivandrum. Started 6 years back. You can get dress and also food items from supermarket.

This time i went for dressing. Missing branded items. Not a good point for your stylish or treding wears. Nothing good can find here.

I went to Pothis to buy fresh chicken to make fried chicken but all the chicken there was halal. I cannot eat halal food, I search for normal chicken and didn't see anything. I am so disappointed with the purchase manager reply that it's govt food authority mandatory to paste halal sticker.my humble request to provide nomal chicken to the customer s.hope management will take necessary steps to provide normal chicken and i hope I will able to get normal chicken next time.

Nice place. You can get everything there starting from your textile choice, to kids toys to groceries. As usual the place was crowded when we visited. It would be great If there is proper navigation for the Exit. We had to go through the hypermarket for the exit, which was crowded. Overall a great shopping place

Worst male staff service in dress section. He asked me not to open the shawl material and he asked me only to open if am sure to buy that. How can i buy without knowing how does that shawl looks like. Worst service and dont know how to handle customers.

Aadi season is just started. House hold stationary items are at affordable price. Many of the items are for 50% discountable price.

Now a days prices are not affordable in clothing and fruits, fruits prices are bit higher than local market.

I HAVE BEEN VISITING POTHYS FOR YEARS BUT TODAY I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THE MATERIAL SECTION FROM THE SALES GIRL MAIN IN CHARGE. THERE WAS NO ONE ATTEND ME AND AND AT FIRST I CHOOSE ONE MATERIAL AND BILL WAS PU BUT THEN I CAME THROUGH THE MATERIAL I WANTED AS THE PAYMENT WAS TO BE DONE I SAID TO BILL THE ONE I WANTED INSTEAD OF THE PREVIOUSLY SELECTED ONE. SHE REFUESD AND WAS SHOUTING AT ME AND THREATNING ME. IF SUCH EMPLOOEYS EXIST THE SHOP WILL BE CLOSED SOON

We went to purchase a lehenga from here.
The lady staff in the lehenga section don't have any manners.when we told her that we want a lehenga of simple work she mumbled a derogatory comment quoting that to purchase one of heavy work needs more cash and also made an insulting look.we went there for shopping and not for begging.

Good place to hangout and shop with frns and family, reasonable price and good collection of almost alll products available, staffs need to be more friendly and genuine towards customers

One stop shop for mostly any household needs and at varying cost, type and options.
One drawback would be the customer service which is not upto the mark in my view.

Great place but the price of things are very high compare to the other small shops which have the same thing. But they do have different variety of same things. A good place if you have money to spend.

Parking a maze. Although there is plenty of space available they push you into non negotiable corners. Today I had to abandon shopping as my vehicle was damaged in the parking tantrums. I am a regular customer but the staff don't acknowledge us and help us.

It is so difficult to get someone on the home delivery number. I have been trying for the past two weeks.

Chaotic is the only way to describe. Would be good if they introduced a more customer focused experience. For example, don’t make the customer go to three separate counters just to make a purchase. And then if you want to purchase on multiple floors of the store, you have to go through the process over and over.

There was 50% off on some items as republic day sale. They put 50% off on pomegranate so i bought one kg for 70 rps.theres only 1/4 portion of seeds in that pomegranate when we compare with 140 rps pomegranate.are you trying to fool us by loading cheap items. Really angry for your products!

Uffff. Yet another super roaring successful mall in the city providing everything under one roof.the super market in the ground floor is a value for money centre. This is brands first try in kerala state. They provide best of everything but in-between shopping if you want to pee then it will be difficult as they don't provide wash rooms.

Worst experience ever. Ordered for a home delivery. Insisted that its urgent. Called to comfirm several times. At night they called me n said it will be delivered tomorrow.

Tried chicken noodles from Marijo. It tasted okay and the quantity was sufficient for one person. It costed Rs. 130.

Best place for Shopping in Trivandrum.especially for wedding purchases. Pothys have the collection of wedding sarees with dff varieties. Also compare to other shops they have a wide range of varieties and almost all brands.its a pitstop for all f your needs.

It is a place where one can get most of the things for shopping. Vivid varieties of items are available so that a person can select the best suitable one. It is a great experience for shopping in POTUS.

Wide range of selection. All kind of materials available on a reasonable price. Good choice for marriage parties and others. But customer service has to be improve little more. Some staffs are very rude. I feel customers are not treated equally.

Ok collections, but not much facilities for going between floors and there are no sufficient facilities to sit and look after the collections (not comfortable)

Tried shawarma from Marijo. It lacked an enjoyable amount of mayonnaise. So shawarma felt dry rather than juicy. The tea glass had a funny shape. Really thin at the bottom.

They are not taking caring of there staffs they treat their staff like dogs and treat the customer like fools they need only high-class people they do not need middle class and lower class people.

The lady staff are not polite. Most of the staffs speak Tamil.
Ladies dresses are costly and are not worth. For few people it is costly and for others it's not.
Have good sari collections but still I felt I can get better options outside.

You buy groceries and daily use products below the ground floor.
And after shopping, u can have food, juice, chats, ice-cream by paying as the shops are nearby.

Avoid branded clothes completely

Pothys sell inferior seconds clothing especially in men's wear. I bought Peter England shirts for my husband and I was shocked to see that the shirts were defective in many places.
The trousers bought were also ill fitting.
