Pournami's Signature Bakers & Multi Cuisine Restaurant

I had a good experience with Pournami Signature. I like SFC fried chicken most. Mostly i go for delivery. They used to deliver at time with excellent service.

I bought a white forest cake from there, it's really in good taste.and there service is really nice.

Poor customer service seen on the part of the restaurant. If you wish to have your food in the afternoon, I think you should order by morning because your afternoon food will only reach you by evening.when called and asked about it, they had given lame excuse of rush in the hotel, to get the delivery on time it being sunday and all.
If this had been the case, they shd just have informed me prior and i would have just collected it myslf.
Everybodys TIME is valuable. And in the two hours we spend waiting for food, my Hunger DIED.
Unacceptable on all accounts

First of all they dont have any menu booklets and some specials dishes were highlighted at the front desk but most of them were either over or unavailable (between 2 to 2.30 we reached there). The food was average, the chilli chicken we ordered is not at all sufficient for 2 peoples. I ordered lime juice which was instructed to serve at the end of the meal, however after finishing the meal, we waited for around 10 minutes and then after asking they served it.

Finally the main part is the attitude of the counter boy, we have to wait another 10- 15 minutes for the bill, at last i went to the counter, then he gave the bill with too much attitude. The person was not at all asking the customers needs but busy playing in phone.

1. Delicious dishes are available. But you have to wait too much time.

2. No priority for single person.

A pretty good place to visit with family and friends. I really liked their service. We ordered humungous quantity of food for take out, and thought that we had to wait for long, but they gave our parcel so quickly, maybe they took like 20 mins (that's it!). My favourite was Kanthari Paneer. They have lots of vegetarian options as well unlike most Kerala restaurants.

Some irresponsible idiots are managing the order placing section. After ordering the item nd called 2hrs later to enquire about the order these idiots didnt even rémembered the order details.

Recently I ordered a cake for my b'day function. I'm fully satisfied with pournami signature

Visited for family dinner. I would say they have excellent ambience and beautiful interiors. The food was not overpriced. Tried more than 8 items, except 2 dishes rest everything was of great taste.
Manager Mr. Basheer, his attitude towards customer and even to the staff crew was really impressive. A must visit place for family outing.

Recently I ordered cutlets for a special function. The process of ordering was very smooth. Staff took the call and spoke very courteously. The order came on time.
However the taste was not as expected. There was some weird oil taste.
I ordered this for a very special function because of the trust I had. I would not try again, and would not recommend to my friends.

Waste of money.ordered Gopi Manchurian which was utter flop.the cauliflower piece was large like a tomato dipped in flour.and curry was very sweet and sour.which was very bad.overall unsatisfied.not worth for the price

I had chocolate Sharjah shake which tasted fine but it was full of ice.they dint even crush the ice properly. We also bought murku which was worst.they should have also given a stone to break it.

Worst taste. I asked shezwan chicken fried rice but they brought something which doesn't taste good. They dont know to give what the customers is preferring.

Me and my friends ate food from here yesterday. Overall ambience is good. But takes a lot of time to take the order. Ordered a Normal Alfaham Full and it's good. Staff attitude towards customer is also good. Overall nice. But a negative i noticed is delay in taking the order, otherwise i would have given a 4 star rating.

Great food, impeccable cleanliness and friendly staff making it the best hotel in the region as of now.

In puthoor, hungry, want to have something very delicious.this is your place. Signature had wide variety of dishes and cusine. Absolutely loved the vibe. Hygiene standards are to most noted. This place is a must check out️

ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ പൗർണമി ബേക്കറിയിൽ പോയി പകുതി ആൽഫാം ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തു [സാധാരണ] ബിൽ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ ഞെട്ടി 270 രൂപ. മറ്റെല്ലാ ഹോട്ടലുകളിലും 200 ആണ് വില ഇവിടെ 270 ആണ്.

കഴിഞ്ഞ ആഴ്ച ഞാൻ പൗർണമി ബേക്കറിയിൽ നിന്ന് ബിരിയാണി ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തു, വില 175 ആണ്, അളവ് വളരെ കുറവാണ്.

ഇങ്ങനെ പോയാൽ അവിടെ നിന്ന് ഒരു കസ്റ്റമേഴ്‌സും വാങ്ങില്ല കാരണം പുത്തൂർ നഗര പ്രദേശമല്ല. ഈ പ്രദേശത്തെ ആളുകൾ മാത്രമാണ് പ്രധാന കസ്റ്റമർമാർ.

ഭക്ഷണത്തിന്റെ ഗുണനിലവാരവും ശരാശരിയിലും താഴെയാണ്

This restaurant is great! Ambience is really cool and pleasing. They give priority to the customers and their needs. They will also customise food as per the need and give recommendations too. Must visit restaurant and satisfy your healthy appetite.

Very nice dine with best service. The ambience is also the best part.
The menu was like normal, but with a great taste in food. After talking with the chef, he offered variety food menu soon. Hoping some variety,
Try chicken 95 and poratta, makes a great combo!
