Trained here for nearly two months whilst working as a digital nomad in Varkala! A great community atmosphere with a good selection of equipment and kept very clean. The gym manager was very helpful assisting with creating programmes/routines and sharing knowledge of machines I was less familiar with using. Managed to lose 3kgs! Will miss training here!

Come here with a will and the trainer will lit your path. Focus on what you need rather than what you see here. The place is equipped enough and trainer is resourceful.

Have visited the gym to check the facilities. It has all the equipment required for workout spread across in 2 floors. Unisex gym, but felt a bit congested as it was over crowded with equipment and was one of the reasons I did not join. Trainer seems okay.
Ps. I have not worked out here.

I like the gym because of all very good in communication and we can trust surely. I am happy to workout in this gym. We can understand what they are teaching. Gym master is also good in teaching for all types of excersise?

I am really surprised with the outcome after a few weeks of training. Well dedicated professional trainer with a good training atmosphere and lots of advanced equipments. Even a beginner can confidently do everything with outmost satisfaction by the guidance of the trainer. Myself as a beginner was motivated by the trainer so that now i feel more confident of achieving my fitness goals. I highly recommend to others who are interested to maintain a good fitness level.

Power mans gym has been wonderful to me for all these years.i have been working out here since 2011. Within just 2 months period of time my extra pounds have been went down from 98kgs to 83kgs. So my first experience with powermans gym is this much great and not disappointed yet. Its one among the finest gym in town. They are very friendly and the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences.

I have been to this gym and i was quite disappointed. I had payed for 3months and i barely went a month because of the inoperative trainer, the trainer would never suggest you to do anything, you have to follow the same routine daily, there are days when there is no trainer, you just have to do the same thing, i suggest 2 or 3 better trainers who can concentrate on each person individually,

Last three years am visiting this gym on a daily basis. Its a great place for workout. The management and the satff is very service oriented. Out of 5 rating my rating is 5. Come and join with us for fitness.

They have good equipments. But the trainer wont allow you to touch them. Went there for three months and mostly my routine went like minimal touch with the equipments. I will not suggest this place to anyone because of the trainer

Power mans' is the best gym. They have high tech equipments, great trainers and positive energy. Even they provide zumba dance too. So grateful that I found them.

Its an affordable gym and since the space or area given for the workout in the gym should be expandend more trainers should be there since the trainer is not getting enough time to concentrate on everybody expect more modifications in the builings which shoyld be much spacious and ahould allow much more parking lots

One of the bad gym for ladies in varkala. Collecting fee firstly and not providing classes. Not giving proper instructions and charging high fee also.
