Best customer service ever! I chose Pranaah for my reception saree after seeing their Instagram page and for the name Poornima Indrajith but was amazed by the customer service from designer Daisy. She listened to my needs, went above and beyond to make my dream saree. Thank you team Pranaah, I received a lot of compliments on my big day! Would highly recommend.

Firstly, I thank Team Pranaah for bringing my dream costume into reality. Such a lovely experience. The team, especially Daisy (Our Fashion Designer) made the experience enjoyable. They were so helpful from start to finish, from WhatsApp messages to voice and video calls, they offered great advice and went beyond to help me find the perfect dress for my engagement.
Daisy is a very talented, generous, and thoughtful fashion designer who works with the customer in her creations so you feel part of the process. Really pleased with everything and the pieces themselves bring me joy!
Poornima Indrajith has been in continuous touch with me from the start of the process till the very end. She clubbed all our thoughts and put across ideas which eventually turned out to be amazing.

At the start we were very impressed by the quick responses and updates on my lehanga as we were based in UK and then communication was so good!
As soon as it came towards the end, the owner handed the communication over to the staff, which ended up making the dress completely different to how I wanted!
We had to come to kochi 3 times as the fit, design and skirt was wrong!
We were overcharged a lot from the initial estimated cost too!
Due to them making so many mistakes, we should’ve gotten money back instead.
DON’T GO TO PRANAAH - you can get better quality, better priced and beautiful designs elsewhere!

I had contacted Pranaah to help me customize a saree for me for the occasion of my sisters wedding. Got a beautiful saree designed by Designer Daisy, she has helped me get my desired saree beautifully under Poornima's guidance. Excellent work.
