By God's grace my mother's eye surgery (for cataract) which had some complications was done successfully by Dr. Jayaram Sir and team on May 17th 2023. Thanks to the entire medical staff at the hospital involved in taking proper care of my mother during this whole period right from registration, consultation (Dr. Joe Mathew Sir and Dr. Mary Abraham ma'am), councelling, guidance from pharmacy etc. Thanks to the Councellor Ms. Soumya who helped me out with all my queries and co ordinated well.

I have visited as an attentendat to a relation. Parking available for handicap person, entry through back doors to corridors to reception area. Front Office friendly and seats were available, busy place for routine eye checkups.

The services provided are excellent. There is ample parking behind the building and it is important because the hospital is on a busy street. My appointment with the doctor was quick. Before I saw the doctor the nurses conducted my eye tests and by the time I was done with it the doctor was ready for me. He took the time to explain everything and took the time to address my concerns. The hospital is overall a good hospital, maintaining a clean and safe environment for the patients.

When they started at Pandalam, registration charge was less than 100Rs.then Rs. 100, Rs. 150 and today during the Covid pandemic time it is Rs. 200. Distributing brochures mentioning free eye test.staff especially reception is not friendly.

I have visited this Hospital with my wife a few days back. The hospitality at front desk was
sovnice. And the Doctors were so friedly and broefed mu wofe about her problem. The service of assisting staff were also polite and warm. Keep it up
