The staffs in the women’s clothing section was horrible at doing their job, they were preoccupied with talking and laughing with each other instead of serving the customers.

Worst experience. The parking system is. Hate the shop. We have spent 10000 rupees for the car instead of shopping

I had a very bad experience at preethi silks palakkad. The customer service is very bad. Even the security who is on the parking area was very rude to us. He made us waited for more than 10 minutes and he was talking arrogantly to us. I think that was not a proper way to behave to the customers. And also the staffs. Poor customer service.

Preethi was one of the best place to collect your favourite but now the collection for kids are too bad. When we ask them a dress they ran here and there and collect some. They have no a special section for that. Time is wasting. This is my experience. I think they will improve it
