Don’t trust them completely. They are not very transparent and has a tendency to cheat customers who are not aware of the offers or discounts.

They are cheating customers by highly over pricing compared to other showrooms. I bought an induction cooker on exchange and they asked 4300 rs whereas price in Amazon was 3700. However I bought it because I don't want to do without a coooker for 7 days. But when I agreed to buy they told it's price is 5000. When protested, they have it for 4300 rs, still overpriced. Will not go there once more.

Really disappointed by the behaviour of the staff. They are highly unprofessional and rude. It's better to shop online than from them. They do not treat people right. We had a very bad experience from the shop. The showroom is located right on the road they don't have a specific area for parking (do not expect any help from them on this) you will have to park it on the road on your own risk. The shop is near Malayala Manorama and they hardly follow any safety protocol in the shop. It's not a corona safe place to be. It's highly likely tht they will give you wrong information about the products and services. They mislead us saying that it is the last day of the exchange offer. When we went there they said the offer no longer available also quoted almost 300-500 Rs extra from the online rate available on the site. When asked about the price difference and false information provided the sales person acted angry rude and highly unprofessional. Kindly be very careful if you are shopping with them.

A Small exclusive outlet for Prestige products. Not so impressive display of products. Staff was just good to handle customers. Done with transaction without hassle and moved on

Not very helpful with their inputs and most of their products are available at cheaper rates on Amazon.
