Priyom is one of the place I have ever visited which have almost all items for an average customer. Service also really good

Neatly arranged like any other departmental stores, helpful staff, parking space is also good for 5 cars

The super market is located at prime location, i.e, at Vazhakkala junction. Pricing is almost that of MRP, no offers at any point of time. They do not have any club or like association for the customers. You can find almost every stationery items, veggies, live fish and meat there.

I really loved shopping here.becz of varity of items.we will get almost everything here.vegetables and fruits have a short storage but many other things from small to big is right there like plastic tins diff sizes, small plastic stool, vessel containers, bottels, plates, etc
The main attraction was steel vessel collection.huge varity is there.from very small tiny containers to average size.

Comfortable shopping assured here. Most of the supermarket products are available. It is very crowded in the evening time and very rush. Traffic in the road may disturb from parking your car. Other facilities are good. Friendly staffs.

A nice neighbourhood store. Expect some time for billing as most of the time only one-two billing counters are manned

One of the best place which avail all types of groceries, vegetables, kitchen utensils, school products, clay pots, stationary items and most of all the grains.everything is high quality products.satisfied with the services also.

The worst supermarket I had seen in the Ernakulam. They didn't provide any basic services to thier customers compared to its competitors.

As a customer, I am completely dissatisfied. I have no complaints about the superiority of their product. When I arrived last day, I had the bag in my hand. My laptop m also has a few expensive items in it. There is no security at all. They will not be held responsible if it loses. I ignored it and went back as the bag. The young man, who seems to be the manager, said that veru rudely the bag should be placed there. I didn't want to ask him my doubts. I got back down.
All I can say is that I am also a businesswoman. I understood or believe that the client is our God. Atleast we should keep our little manners to them. Anyway, I am no longer here in my life.

An ok supermarket with limited options in all sections. If you are looking for frozen items like ice cream, not a great choice. Offer boards displayed but items are mostly out of stock.

The super market is very Good. But the worker's are too lazy and irresponsible. If an item is asked, they don't even know if it exists. There is no good and big super market in vazhakkala area, so there is a good chance there.

Good place for late night shopping. Fairly good variety. Almost all necessary grocery and household items stocked. Staff also courteous. Worth a visit if you stay in Edapally/ Vazhakkala/ Kakkanad/ Palarivattom area

Good store as it is open late night even after 10pm. Though it isn't completely open after 10. The prices for groceries are on the higher side.

Reasonable price. Has almost all items in groceries, vegetable. Veg can be purchased to even little amount. Has grinders for coconut peeling.
Note: if possible buy vegetable morning itself. Stock comes morning

Over Priced, Every items are selling with Maximum possible price.
Especially vegetables are over priced. One advantage is priyom mart is the only place where we can get grated coconut.

Even fish and meat is available. Pottery and ceramic ware is available along with all supermarket items

My experience there is not so great. Flooring tiles have removed and they have covered it with some mat temporarily. Also no good parking arena to park 2 wheeler s.

EDIT: This place has no cheese. No cheese! What kind of supermarket has no cheese? ! Downgraded to three stars.

Good selection. Prices are alright. Everything's a bit dusty, though.

Customer friendly staff. Lot of items in grocery and household items. Fish stall is also there. So great for one stop shopping

Just another general shopping outlet. Quality of Vegetables is averagely fresh but very bad quality fruits sold specially in its freshness. The only good thing I found in this outlet is they will scrape the coconuts for you if you need, but for a price. Most of the glass items sold here is of second or third grade. Most had flaws in it. Movements within the shop is little cramped with your shopping cart. The cash counter is not manned by professional people. Old helpers of the shop gets promoted to cash counter thus unprofessional in their approach with customers.

On 4th August (at 19: 45), I visited this store to buy an Electric Kettle. We selected one and took to test it. The one was not satiable and we thought to select a better one. As we walk to the section again, the store manager came across and enquired the sales girl. She replied that the customer didnt like this one. The manager was furiously shouted at her in front of many of us, saying no product has to be tested before billing. As seeing that the girl was so afraid and about to cry, we decided to buy the same product only to save her from the arrogance. My point is that, a sales girl is being harassed in public by her supervisor. Who gave him the right to do that? This is a criminal offence, coming under workplace harassement. We wish him to apologize her. I have collected the details and thinking of a legal solution.
