Had a terrific experience with Puffy Clouds. I had asked for a simple customised cake on short notice. Deepa Ma'm prepared the cake exactly as I had wanted. It looked absolutely beautiful, and the cake was moist and delicious.

I loved the cake I got from 'Puffy Clouds Cakes'. Deepa made me a customized cake on the Japanese anime 'One Piece' theme on short notice. It looked amazing and tasted great. She even personally delivered it for me as I don't live close by. She's won my heart with her beautiful work and dedication. I can't thank her enough. I would forever recommend this place for amazing cakes. Thank you Deepa, you are the best!

Puffy Cloudy cakes did a cake for my son's birthday, loved how prompt she was to take down the order and follow up. She delivered the cake on time and gave me exactly what we wanted design wise and taste wise. The cake was super moist and the buttercream was delicious. Will order from her again.

My husband ordered cake from here for my Birthday, looking at the reviews and pictures from Puffy clouds cake which turned out to be a disaster. After sending and discussing with all the reference images sent.
1. We had asked for a peach colour cake but we got a weird looking pink cake.
2. After even asking her to write Happy Birthday on it nothing was written, ultimately spoilt the purpose of the cake.
3. Those flowers look horrible and nothing like the reference images she agreed upon.
4. The cake was so dry n hard inside.
She claimed to be going through a personal loss (which we respect) and gave it to her friend to complete the cake.which we were not informed about. She just mixed her personal and professional life and ruined someone's Birthday. And yes we paid 2000/- for this cake which is totally not worth it.
Overall a very bad experience.never going to order from here ever again.

I had a great experience with puffy cloud cakes recently. It was my sons birthday and I was looking for a customised cake with less than 24 hrs left for his birthday. Deepa agreed to take up the job of making a customised cake and delivered it well before the time. The cake was mind blowing in the way it was made and it really was a piece of art considering the time. It was delicious and tasty and also visually appealing. It really came out well and my son was so happy to see it.

Deepa made the cake for our daughter’s birthday. The cake turned our just as we had expected.

The kids enjoyed the cake very very much. My daughter was thrilled to see the cake made as two of her favourite books.
And not just the kids we adults also enjoyed the cake just as much (apart from the fondant bit, which we are not a fan), perfect sweetness and apt amount of ganache topping. Thank you for the efforts Deepa.
