I took 12500 Rs clothing STICHING Charge 23200, I mean I paid 8000 Rs for an average normel CHOODIDAR, a fashion designer calls Silla, I gave a pattern and explained what I need she never follow anything, she made that choodidar absolutely different, I was at the shop next day to reconfirm but she never bothered, my sincere advise not to go.

Ample parking space. Good collection of women’s clothes. But men’s ware section is not that good- collection looked old and outdated.

Went there today for a large purchase. Staffs are good and helping. But the manager is very rude when we ask for discounts. They are charging MRP for all products without any discount. And will get all kinds of explanations when we ask for it. Will not recommend this if you have other options because of overpricing. But selection is good.

Our Experience was terrible…. This is one shop that we found with a crooked and cunning management…. Be careful shoppers of Thiruvalla!

We went to shop and selected some branded shirts. Seeing all the posters around/stuck in the lift/ boards showing discounts everywhere, we enquired, the sales personal mentioned YES Sir, you will get 25% off on these branded Shirts. While the personal was making the bill, we asked why the discount was not being mentioned and they say, “Sir, you will get the discount when you pay at the cashier on the first floor”. At the Cashier the drama unfolds, A group of 3 personals were standing and talking near the counter and when we asked for our discount, one of them (by the way he was acting, he looked like he was the owner of this place), comes inside looking at the bill and then does his stunt with the calculator for a few munities.finally with a big sigh, he tells the cashier to reduce Rs. 200/- which was 3% of the invoice and then puts a tissue box on the counter top and walks out to join his conversation with the 2 standing there…!

These guys, owner or management of Pullimootil was taking it for granted that shoppers are some who will be happily singing their way out with the Tissue box the management had given…we could have just walked out not paying anything and that should have been don on the second thought. The actual owners who had invested in this business would suffer due to what some douche bags like these but they are also responsible for hiring such samples. It’s Sad that business ethics in such establishments is lost and shops like these take advantage of people like us who come to do serious shopping. Off course, when the owner of the shop behaves like this, then managers can only come and say sorry slowly fearing for their jobs. Shame on such management and owners.

Pretty good shop with good staff service.
Dresses for home wear, normal outings and functions were available.
Party wears are a limited stock here. You would not be satisfied with the quality or pricing of the item.

One of the best places to shop if you are looking for party outfits or any other special occasions. The rates are comparatively very low than kalyan silks mahalakshmi n all. Am very much satisfied with the purchase i did for my engagement.

The best apparel store in central Travancore with all modern facilities like valet parking, small coffee shop and easy access from T. K Road, M. C Road and also from Kayamkulam by avoiding the rush of the town. It has a selling area of 60K square feet where anybody can easily choose their requirements. The major attraction of the store is their exclusive wedding collections, which suits all budgets. The staff's are also very much customer friendly, and prices are affordable. All customers can avail a instant cash discount/gifts at cash desk.
Strongly recommended to be there at least and feel the difference.

Sales people don't seem to be experienced.
First time I bought dress material, quite liked it. Second time I didn't liked any and also had few good choices.

Probably the best spot in town to shop for any type of clothes. Western to Traditional wear, all are available at reasonable prices and there's definitely a good selection here. The customer service is also great and any alterations are done on time and perfectly. All in all, a pleasant shopping experience.

Poor customer service. Horrible experience was out there. There are no latest designs or fashions. Especially the men's section was really disappointing.

Worst shop.purchased same top for two kids. One was size 24 and other one was 18.price for size 24 was 550 and size 18 was 950, for same material.when asked them about that they asked us to wait and then came back and told that it was a mistake and said both are of 950 (size 24's price tag amount was 550). We refuses to take that and selected another tops.after that they refused to pay back 300 rs as the amount of newly selected dresses were less and just asked us to claim after next purchase.

Nice in terms of collection and affordable too. Customer service is not up to the mark when compared to their peers. Their employees are not at all interested in displaying the wide range of collection available (not everyone). For me the experience was extremely dissatisfied.

വില വളരെ കൂടുതൽ ആണ്. തുണിയുടെ നിലവാരത്തിനേക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ വില ആണ്. പിന്നെ ആളുകളുടെ (സെയിൽസ്) റെസ്പോൺസ് കുറച്ചു കുറവാണ്. വലിയ പരസ്യം പോലെയുള്ള ഓഫർ ഇല്ല

The Thompson cafe and parking and the luggage storage counter before the entrance are all nice facilities
And is like a mall for cloths.
