One of the cleanest and on time bus.staffs are very polite and safe to travel. Highly recommend this bus to everyone.

I have been traveling in Punchiry travels in their Trivandrum - Bangalore-Trivandrum service. They are superb in terms of punctuality, courteousness of staff etc, compared to any other service provider.

I travelled in Scania multi axle bus Reg. Number (NL01B 2432). Travel time (7: 30 pm to 5: 35 am) in ticket travel time (7: 30 pm to 6: 35 am)
It was a good experience traveling with Punchiri travels, traveled from Bangalore to Trivandrum. The bus graphics was super, timings was perfect. Bus is cleaned and maintained very well. They provided a water bottle to everyone. Facilities were neat and clean. Very cooperative crew like: friendly and helpful.
I hope it will continued like this.
I have 1 negative seat has less space can make expansion it's better. It's my opinion.

Please introduce atleast 2 Scaina OR Volvo service to Chennai from Trivandrum via Nagercoil. Preferably non stop services

The bus staff was rude. If we ask them the timing of bus they reply back as if they are goons of travels. The name says punchiry which means beautiful smile but service is not to the mark. Seeing good review and I guess this should teach them manners.

It was a nice journey in tz travels. Bus timings was perfect. Bus was cleaned and well maintained.
I hope it will continued like this.

My recent journey on 12&13rmth Feb 2023 was awful. While going from tvn to Bangalore staff asks me if I am chewing gums. They ask young girls please choose our travels again. Seriously
Bangalore to TVM I told the guy to let me know when my stop comes. Still they missed it. Are you over confident about your sevices?

I'm surprised that people are giving bad ratings here. I've been using their services for the last 1 year and they give the service they promise for. They call you at least twice on the day of the journey to check on you. They stop for a toilet break. Yes, they don't stop for food breaks, which they let the people know before boarding the bus. If you do not answer their calls when they call you multiple times, show your ego and just be a jerk, you better walk for your journey.

Travelled from Thiruvananthapuram to Bengaluru - highly recommend for this route.
Very comfortable and clean bus, extremely punctual and rest stop at Nagercoil was also of high standard.

Very bed experience i have small luggage and they charged double to my seat amount i travel aal over in india but this much luggage charges no one taken bus is good maintained but office person totally all people wrost luggage charges 40 per kg this charge not in flight also you people charged too much i know luggage policy and i will reddy to pay my luggage charges in other all transport max 15 rupees per kg is there but in your person charges more than 2x

And they have not provided me any hardcopy of ticket even after asking. They replied sms will do.

First, the bus did not stop for a toilet break for 570 km (from Tirunelveli to Bangalore). Ladies, old people, or anyone for that matter, what will they do? Pick up and drop facility are arranged, but it was not mentioned while booking that the bus company will pick and drop at odd place. The bus will pick up (at 11.30  PM) and drop (at 4.30 AM) at odd times in an isolated place. Because the bus will not come inside the city. I have traveled from Tirunelveli, it is a easy pick and drop at that time if you come inside the city. Bus service is an end-to-end travel experience. If the bus company behaves like - I don't care about pick and drop, I don't stop for 570 km - Only the time is important. Then your company service will disappear soon—pathetic service.  I won't recommend this bus to anyone.

I have been traveling for quite some time with Punchiry travels.
Altogether nice experience, be it staff/bus-condition/cleanliness/timing etc.
Previously they dint had a dinner break (bangalore to trivandrum), but now they do have it.
Just had a glance on other reviews and found most of the low-rated one's as baseless.

Travelled from Bangalore to Kollam. The bus departure at 7pm and it reaches Kollam by 10.10am. It takes more than 15 hours to reach Kollam.

It was nice, very smooth, super and comfortable to me! This was no tired for me. And seat has less space can make expansion it's better

I've travelled from Bangalore to Trivandrum and vice versa couple of times with Punchiri travels. Overall service was satisfactory, most importantly they are on time!

Punchiry Travels Registration no NL 01 B 2253 Scania Bus. Absolutely reckless and Rash driving by the driver in NH 66 right from Marthandam to Nagercoil on 22/03/2022 between 9.00 pm to 9.30 pm. It'eoads just a two lane highway and the driver drove the bus almost scaring by loud horn and Shoving all two wheelers and cars on its way. The driver even didn't bother to give way to Ambulance. He drives on the as if it's owned by him. Mark my words this Bus is sure to cause accidents. Better avoid Punchiry Travels at all cost for your safety.

Travelled from Bangalore to Kerala, had a good experience, very neat and clean, and very friendly staffs.

Worst bus service. Recommend none to take their service. Irresponsible and least bothered about the customers. You will certainly regret it.
