Punjab House

Two of us visited this unassumingly simple restaurant for dinner. We ordered aloo paratha, paneer paratha, boondi raita, matar masala, sweet lassi and plain lassi. Freshly made piping hot paratha was the star menu item without any doubt: delicious. Other items complemented the star of the show. The waiter was extremely honest in setting our expectations. The service was super fast. I can unreservedly recommend this business if you are looking for honest and rustic North Indian food without any bells and whistles.

A very old and small Pure Vegetarian Authentic Punjabi eatery run by a Punjabi family. The menu is limited and nice. My favourite is Aloo Paratha and fried chilly. Yummy treat and very inexpensive

Authentic North Indian food. Will be crowded most of the time and need to wait to get a seat.

They always serve us best. We usually order parantha and aloo gravy. Same taste every time. Moreover limited menu is best option.

It's a small shop with excellent panjabi food. Don't wish much for the ambience. Their Lassi is all time favorite.

Super authentic and fresh food. Aloo Paratha with Butter, Sweet Lassi, Mutter Paneer, everything is just delicious. Space is little congested. But the food quality makes up for it.

Neat and Clean restaurant in Broadway with approximate 150square feat dining area. Pricing is also gentile.

My friend suggested me the place. Their breads and lassy are over the top. Didn't fall for their curry though!

In Kochi city.punjab house is very comfortable place to consume north indian foods with test alot.and (just tiffins) too.

This is the closest North Indian food experience you are going to get in Kochi, the prices are nominal the food is awesome you have to try the paranthas they are heavenly, don't think of too exotic food but what they have is pure taste.

Great North Indin vegetarian food. Aloo paratha was great. Lassi was lip snacking tasty and tempting.aloo dry was good one. Raitha was ok kind not much to say about that. Paneer also ok kind.

Iam giving a 5 star to this place purely for the amazing simple food they serve here and the funny owner. I had visited this place with my family as we were craving for simple Punjabi food in Kochi. This place was started in 1969 and is one of the most iconic and authentic Punjabi joints. This place doesn't have a lot of seating space so you may have to wait for getting seats. We ordered the butter aloo paratha, the gobi paratha, pappad, boondi raitha, regular curd, chapati, aloo subji and thr rose lassi. The food was super tasty and it's not expensive. The bill for 6 people came roughly uto to 390/-. This place is definitely worth trying if you are in broadway, kochi.

Punjab House has been around for a long time, they serve authentic North Indian Vegetarian food and unbelievably reasonable prices. They have also refurnished the entire restaurant. Parking is an issue so if you’re coming by car it is better to park it in the Paid parking in the entrance of Broadway (near Caravan Ice Creams). Highly recommend everyone tries this restaurant

An amazing experience of outstanding hospitality and delicious food. A bit need to work upon serving staff, I hope they should Imulate some things from owner.

The north Indian taste is super-awesome. Lassi, Alu paratha taste is better than most outlets in Gurugram.

This is a small restaurant, u get tasty food for affordable price, I ordered aloo paratha, paneer paratha, chappaty and paneer mutter. Value for money.

I have been to this hotel many times for years. Roti, Aloo Paratha, Lassi. Whenever I crave for veg North Indian food, this place would be my first choice.

They have been there for many years. Still maintaining the same service.
I would definitely suggest this place to people who love north Indian food.

Cuisine is North Indian, like the one made at our homes. The place is small, at time you even have to share tables.

I would rate this place 4 only for the taste and authenticity of Punjabi food. The place is very basic and hence very affordable. Some may find it noisy, cramped and unclean but the experience is worth a go.

An economical place located in Broad way, the heart of kochi city which offer variety of real Punjabi food. And this eatery, open at least 11 pm night. At Broadway an eatery at this time is not easy

This house is full of tasty foods specially Paratha. If anybody want to enjoy the delicious taste of North Indian food than this place is for them.

The owner of the restaurant helped us to choose a variety of dishes - a cauliflower dish, a paneer dish and their signature bread with fillings. All super delicious! Their sweet lassi is not going to disappoint you.
The restaurant is buzzing with locals who know what they want which is always a positive sign.

Great food I went here after almost 8 years. But still the taste of food and atmosphere there is same as I went first time about 15 years back.
