One of the worst nursing department come across in my entire life…. As myself an employee in healthcare and have experience of 10years I have never seen these kind of atrocious behavior to a 32 weeks pregnant lady…. The doctor had asked for 5 alternate days iron injection to my wife due to the medical need…. The first IV was done on the same day doctor wrote. As the second dose planned for today 12/02/2024.my wife went to the hospital by 06: 04pm and they made her walk to and fro towards IP Pharmacy and gyne emergency ward multiple times. The IP pharmacy staff cant even properly give medicines mentioned in the prescription. First they just gave the medicine only, even the prescription clearly mentioned that what saline and how much required for the iron injection and my wife went back to the ward along with medicine provided by the pharmacist but the nurse asked my wife to go back to the pharmacy for the pending saline which made my wife to take decision to not to take the medicine and at the end my wife didn’t took the injection and she left the hospital. Payment was done as they asked and medicine are kept there as the nurse informed they had only one saline available in the gyne emergency ward. So I hope the one which my wife bought can be used to another pregnant lady… the shocking thing is that the pharmacy doesn’t know that they have to provide surgical equipments like needle along with the iv tube. I would doubt to refer any px to PUSHPAGIRI MEDICAL COLLEGE, THIRUVALLA from now on…

Only interested in taking money. They forcefully made us to pay additional charges for by pausing surgery under health card. Sqeezing people by charging all possible additional charges for those who only came there for health card claiming.
I think govt should look into this matter. As they are misusing it.

Such a pathetic service from x ray department.aftr calling for a portable x ray for my father they don't even bother to come or inform. We waited for 2 hrs almost. And wen asked for refund the people around bronchoscopy and reception made us roam around d hospital

Horrible staffs from security to lift operators

Un hygienic building and no proper cleaning/ sanitation in the hospital

Still bystander need to take antigen test to enter the place

If you have insurance they will ensure the treatment extended for maximum to loot the money from insurance company

Discharge is biggest night mare - Doctor said discharge at 9 am and the discharge summery will reach department by 2Pm and discharges happen only after 6 - One long day process for discharge

My younger sister did internship in this hospital from Nov- Dec 2022.and only today she told me about her experience there.theres this doctor. Dr roy.psychiatrist.and he tortured her and discriminated her.am not going into details. My sis told me aftr that.she experienced panic attack. She even used to suddenly woke up from her sleep.
To mr Roy.its doesn't matter whether you r a doctor.atleast be a human

Quite a terrible experience.had to admit my grandpa.but the service staffs and the admistrative staffs were arrogant.and made us wait more than 3 to 4 hours.regardless of multiple questions posed towards them.they seem to care the least.for the amount we pay it is never a gr8 decision to enquire regarding anything here.so if possible try not to pay a visit here.

Worst possible customer service. I brought my grandfather for a checkup and had got an appointment at 12.50. Apparently the original doctor who was booked had left the hospital and no one got back to inform. For an appointment at 12.50 they make you wait for another 3-4 hours just to see the doctor. There's no sense of structure when it comes to appointments and out patients. For satisfactory customer service this is probably the last place you would wanna come to.

Highly unprofessional nurses in emergency department. Had a bad experience during the visit for my son - the nursing staff doesn't know how to behave and they are very rude. I did raise a complaint against the nurse, but their pro team didn't bother to follow up.

Had a terrible experience, a lack of empathy towards patients' bystanders. My mother had to ask them multiple times whether the CT was over, and the nurses always said it was over. When I arrived to pick my parents up, they suddenly take in him for another procedure. This is not the first experience like this, it clearly shows a lack of communication and empathy towards patients and their families in distress. Came in to collect the CT on the following day after receiving a confirmation from the Pro that it would be ready by 4. And it wasn't. Firstly, had to wait for staff to show up, clearly understaffed on both days as they normally run very busy, this took fifteen minutes. Later they tell me I should come back later. After showing my irritation a bit, they decided to give me the report in 10min.
They are clearly understaffed and also have a terrible communication issue especially to patients' bystanders who come to a hospital and have only the medical staff to rely on.

Worst experience. It takes a lot of time to wait for consultation. It took more than 5 hours for me. Busy people don't go there and waste your time. Every thing is very slow. They are only interested in money making

Dedicated & caring medical staff made my brief stint peaceful in this famous hospital of the 80s. A special thanks to the recommendation & assistance of Prof. Dr Abraham Ipe which influenced by decision and happy to visit this hospital which has traditions of rending medical care to the needy at affordable rates compared to many NewGen medicinal missions.

There's no parking for visitors and customers nowadays on the front side of the hospital and every other parking area is alloted for doctors only. We have to go back of hospital for the free parking space near the hospital canteen literally its very far from the hospital and it's almost 1km from the hospital. It's very disappointing

Good hospital. Good doctors. But the staff in ultrasound is very rude.they are taking so much time.for seeing dr it will not take this much time. Ultrasound department takes to much time.if we ask also no response.rudely telling wait.if u need to take ultrasound u hve to come early mrng and should wait till eveng then they will give ur report and by that time ur dr may leave and next day again u have to come to met the dr. This is how the ultrasound department of pusphagiri is doing.

I'm posting this update to my earlier review in the light of direct positive action to correct the lapses mentioned earlier. I have personally observed the changes brought into effect & thank the Director Achen and the Admin Managers who have brought about the changes.
Happy & relieved that 'our hospital of choice' is in good hands.

I'm right now awaiting my mother's return from OT after cataract surgery. All the activities in the run up to surgery day went quite satisfactorily. But today when we reported for admission my experience has been alarming to say the least. The Receptionist who attended us is either misinformed / under informed or totally apathetic to patients needs. We were made to run around to get her room upgraded from General Ward to Pvt room, this was even after specifically asking the receptionist for an upgrade. Again, while at the reception, I asked her abt making payment and she clearly tells me "that can be done after the surgery". Later in the ward the nurse presents a bill saying it must be paid before surgery. Thanks to this lady's "aptitudec I had the misfortune of running thru the hospital floors at least 3 times. All this could have been handled efficiently if only she had the presence of mind to empathize with an 86yr old grandmother.
I believe the Admin Manager / Hospital Administrator has a very important role in effecting a corrective action in this hospital of "repute".
After all, if we can't expect empathy in a hospital, where in the world can we expect it?
This kind of treatment deserves 0 Stars.
Having said this, I must give credit and my sincere gratitude to the nurses & Drs, who have attended my mother. Hence the 3 Stars.

Very poor pathetic hospital. Patient name pappachen got admitted yesterday with law appetite and full body pain. Patient got admitted but never treated for a whole day. No doctor visit during this period and this hospital only care about making money overnight and not to take care of patient needs or as a doctors responsibility. Its a pure money making organization with blood sucking staffs. Never ever visit here its all about money with no care

Good hospital. I am very much impressed. Sunday I have visited in emergency department for ENT doctor help, we got good treatment. Most of the hospital's emergency department only have general doctors. Doctors and staffs are very cooperative and helpful.
But management don't have any sympathy to anyone, they are squeezing their staffs.

Best hospital in Pathanamthitta district. Good treatment, staffs are highly professional and good relationship between patient and bystander. Highly recommended pushpagiri for advanced treatment. Dr Aravind Balakrishnan In general surgery is the best doctor I have ever seen. His attitude towards patient was very good.

Firstly.let me know all, this is for the HR who deal with the academic section! Literally i havn't any issues related to the Hospital.
Today morning.one of my collegues phoned for enquiring about the vaccancy related to our profession. But the reaction from him was so rude. He was in anger.we felt it. This is not at all a right manner.we didnt expect this from a well reputed hospital like Pushpagiri. Atleast he could have attended the call in a calm way.

you.u are in the que again! You pay in advance and wait to be called. In between others (VIPs) are squeezed in. Ultimately the waiting become endless.frayed tempers amongst the waiting flock. What a tragedy for a "private " Medical College!

My sister had to visit Pushpagiri continuously in July 2021 for minor surgery. My duty was to wait outside the reception as only the patient and the bystander were allowed in. The treatment was satisfactory but the canteen called bar-b-que-inn was bad. There food is served in the kitchen by employees who do not wear masks. Obsolete bakery products are sold without hesitation. The staff can canteen is much better. This is not criticism. Only comment submitted for correction

In fact one of the “BEST HOSPITAL” in South Kerala.with all facilities. Best care.economic charges when compared to other corporate hospitals. Very well experienced doctors. No biase. Very friendly environment. Experienced medical team will make us comfortable even though we are going through a tough time

ഇത് പോലെ ഒരു #$@ര് ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ വേറെ കാണില്ല. Mother and child ഇൽ പ്രസവത്തിന്റ് ആവശ്യത്തിനായി 9 മാസമായ എന്റെ wife നെ check up നു കാണിക്കാൻ പോയിട്ടു ഒരു ദിവസം മുഴുവൻ കാത്തിരിക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു. രാവിലെ 7 മണിക്ക് പോയാൽ അവിടുന്നു വരണമെങ്കിൽ
ബുക്കിംഗ് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ പോലും ഉച്ച കഴിയും.

സ്റ്റാഫിന്റെ പെരുമാറ്റം ചില സർക്കാർ ആശുപത്രികളിലെ സ്റ്റാഫിനെ പോലും തോൽപിച്ച കളയും. ഒരു കാര്യം ചോദിച്ചാൽ ഇത്രക്ക് പുച്ഛത്തോടെയും അവജ്ഞയോടെ യും പുഷ്പഗിരിയിലെ സ്റ്റാഫിനെ പോലെ വേറെ ഒരു മനുഷ്യനും പറയാൻ കഴിയില്ല.

കഴിയുമെങ്കിൽ പ്രസവം നിങ്ങൾ വേറെ ഇവിടെ എങ്കിലും നോക്കുക. മാർ സ്ലീവ് ഒക്കെ ബെറ്റർ ഓപ്ഷൻ ആയിരുന്നു. പക്ഷെ ദൂര കൂടുതൽ കാരണം അവിടെ പോകാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല.

Recently I visited Pushpagiri Medical College for hernioplasty. It was a great experience as a first timer. The entire process from check in to check out was seamless. The staff at all the departments were courteous, helpful and very attentive. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Robbinson George and team. Especially Dr. Robbinson for his wonderful dealing and unique style of interaction and approach which was absolutely impeccable. Dr. Robinson really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. The doctor’s demeanor had really put me at ease. I think due to this kind of treatment with reasonable charges, this institution is touching new heights with it's commitment to excellence and unparalleled enlightenment.

പുഷ്പഗിരി മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളജില്‍ ചകില്‍സയിലിരിക്കേ മരിച്ചയാളുടെ പേരില്‍ തയാറാക്കിയ കൊള്ള ബില്‍ അടയ്ക്കാന്‍ കഴിയില്ലെന്ന് ബന്ധുക്കള്‍ ശക്തമായ നിലപാട് എടുത്തതോടെ തുക ഗണ്യമായി കുറച്ച്‌ അധികൃതര്‍ തലയൂരി. ചങ്ങനാശേരി സ്വദേശി ലാലന്‍ ആന്റണിയാണ (60) കോവിഡ് ബാധിച്ച്‌ ഇന്ന് മരിച്ചത്.

ആകെ ബില്‍ തുക 8.20 ലക്ഷം ഉണ്ടെന്നും ഇതില്‍ 3.60 അടച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും ശേഷിച്ച 4.60 ലക്ഷം അടയക്കാതെ മൃതദേഹം വിട്ടു നല്‍കില്ല എന്ന നിലപാടിലായിരുന്നു ആശുപത്രി അധികൃതര്‍. ഈ ബില്ല് കൊള്ളയടിയാണെന്നും അടയ്ക്കാന്‍ തങ്ങള്‍ തയാറാല്ലെന്നും ബന്ധുക്കള്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. മൃതദേഹം നിങ്ങള്‍ എടുത്തോളൂവെന്നും പറഞ്ഞതോടെ ആശുപത്രി അധികൃതര്‍ വെട്ടിലായി. മൂന്നാഴ്ച മുമ്ബാണ് ലാലനെ കോവിഡ് ബാധിച്ച്‌ ഗുരുതര അവസ്ഥയില്‍ ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ എത്തിച്ചത്. പനി ബാധിച്ച്‌ ലാലനെ ചങ്ങനാശേരിയിലെ എന്‍എസ്‌എസ് മെഡിക്കല്‍ മിഷനിലാണ് ആദ്യം അഡ്‌മിറ്റ് ചെയ്തിരുന്നത്. അവസ്ഥ മോശമായപ്പോഴാണ് പുഷ്പഗിരിയിലേക്ക് മാറ്റിയത്.

ഇവിടെ എത്തിച്ച ആദ്യം സെമി വെന്റിലേറ്ററിലേക്ക് മാറ്റി. അവസാന 10 ദിവസം വെന്റിലേറ്ററില്‍ ചികില്‍സയില്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഇന്ന് മരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഇതുവരെ കോവിഡ് നെഗറ്റീവ് ആയിട്ടുമില്ല. ഇതിനിടെ പല തവണയായി 3.60 ലക്ഷം രൂപ ചികില്‍സാ ചെലവ് എന്ന പേരില്‍ അടച്ചു. രോഗി മരിച്ചതോടെ ആകെ ബില്‍ തുക 8.20 ലക്ഷമാണെന്നും നേരത്തേ അടച്ചതും ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റും കഴിച്ച്‌ 4.60 ലക്ഷം അടയ്ക്കണമെന്നുമാണ് ബന്ധുക്കളെ അറിയിച്ചത്. ഇവര്‍ എതിര്‍ത്തതോടെ 56000 രൂപ കുറവ് ചെയ്യാമെന്ന് ആശുപത്രി അധികൃതര്‍ അറിയിച്ചു.

ഇതിനിടെ സ്ഥലം നിയുക്ത എംഎല്‍എ മാത്യു ടി തോമസ് ഇടപെട്ടു. 5000 രൂപ കുറച്ചു നല്‍കാമെന്നാണ് മാത്യു ടി യോട് ആശുപത്രി അധികൃതര്‍ പറഞ്ഞതത്രേ. മൃതദേഹം ഏറ്റെടുക്കില്ലെന്ന് ബന്ധുക്കള്‍ അറിയിച്ചതോടെ ആശുപത്രിക്കാരും വെട്ടിലായി. വിവരം അറിഞ്ഞ ചങ്ങനാശേരിയിലെ നിയുക്ത എംഎല്‍എ ജോബ് മൈക്കിള്‍ ഇടപെട്ടു. 1.50 ലക്ഷം രൂപ കൂടി മാത്രമേ ഇനി അടയ്ക്കാന്‍ കഴിയൂവെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം അറിയിച്ചു. ഒടുവില്‍ ആശുപത്രി അധികൃതര്‍ അതിന് വഴങ്ങുകയായിരുന്നു.

1.10 ലക്ഷം അല്‍പ്പ സമയത്തിനകം തന്നെ അടച്ചു. ശേഷിച്ച 40,000 രൂപ കൂടി അടച്ച്‌ ഞായറാഴ്ച രാവിലെ മൃതദേഹം വിട്ടു നല്‍കുമെന്ന് ആശുപത്രിക്കാര്‍ അറിയിച്ചു. ഇതിന് ബന്ധുക്കള്‍ സമ്മതം അറിയിച്ചു. നാളെ രാവിലെ മൃതദേഹം ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങി ചങ്ങനാശേരിയിലെ പള്ളി പരിസരത്ത് ദഹിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം ചിതാഭസ്മം കുടുംബ കല്ലറയിലേക്ക് മാറ്റുമെന്ന് ബന്ധുക്കള്‍ അറിയിച്ചു.

കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസവും പുഷ്പഗിരി ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ സമാന സംഭവം അരങ്ങേറിയിരുന്നു. ബന്ധുക്കള്‍ മൃതദേഹം എടുക്കില്ലെന്ന് അറിയിച്ചതോടെ തുകയില്‍ കുറവ് വരുത്തി നല്‍കി.

അമിത ചാര്‍ജ് ഈടാക്കി എന്നത് തെറ്റായ പ്രചാരണമെന്ന് ആശുപത്രി അധികൃതര്‍

കോവിഡ് രോഗംമൂലം 24 ദിവസങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മുന്‍പ്, 14/04/2021നു പുഷ്പഗിരി ഹോസ്പിറ്റലില്‍ ഐസിയുവില്‍ അഡ്‌മിറ്റ് ആയ ഒരു രോഗി ഇന്ന് പുലര്‍ച്ചെ 8: 40നു രോഗം മൂര്‍ച്ഛിച്ച്‌ മരിക്കുവാനിടയായി. 24 ദിവസങ്ങളായി ഐസിയുവില്‍ വെന്റിലേറ്റര്‍ ചികിത്സയിലായിരുന്നു രോഗി.

രോഗിയുടെ മരണത്തെത്തുടര്‍ന്ന് ഹോസ്പിറ്റല്‍ ബില്ലില്‍ നിന്നും മൂന്നു ലക്ഷത്തിഅയ്യായിരത്തി എഴുന്നൂറ്റിതൊണ്ണൂറ്റിയേഴു (3,05,797) രൂപയോളം ഡിസ്‌കൗണ്ട് വീണ്ടും കൊടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. സാമൂഹ്യ മാധ്യമങ്ങളില്‍ പ്രചരിക്കുന്നതു പോലെ രോഗി 10 ദിവസം അല്ല, മറിച്ചു 24 ദിവസങ്ങളായി തുടര്‍ച്ചയായി ഐസിയുവില്‍- വെന്റിലേറ്റര്‍ ചികിത്സയിലായിരുന്നു.

10 ദിവസത്തെ ചികിത്സക്കായി 9 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വാങ്ങുന്നു എന്ന പ്രചാരണം വാസ്തവം മനസ്സിലാക്കാതെയാണെന്നു അറിയിക്കട്ടെ. വെന്റിലേറ്റര്‍ സഹായത്തോടെയുള്ള ചികിത്സ ആശുപത്രിക്ക് വളരെ ചെലവുള്ള വിദഗ്ധ ചികിത്സയായിട്ടും സമാന രീതിയില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന മറ്റു സ്വകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളെക്കാള്‍ കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്കിലാണ് പുഷ്പഗിരിയില്‍ അത്തരം സേവനങ്ങള്‍ നല്‍കി വരുന്നത്. സാമ്ബത്തിക പിന്നോക്കാവസ്ഥ ഉള്ളവര്‍ക്കു പരമാവധി ഡിസ്‌കൗണ്ടും നല്‍കിവരുന്നു.

Worst hospital in the kerala. Only focused on money. I try to do a project in the HR dipartment. They don't give any stainfent or money. And project fee is 3000.
Only try to make profit. This is how a hospital should provide for students and patients.

Worst nursing care in maternity wards. We have taken super deluxe room and the nursing care is zero. They claim to take all precautions during this covid time but they don't even sanitize hands while seeing the patient. Wrong medicine dose was given to my new born baby. The nurse supervisor Irene came and was justifying the nursing team by saying doctor didn't write legible prescription. She said she will get back to me after enquiry but in vain. I didn't receive any calls or messages from her. Dr Suja and dr jacob has been good.but request the administration to take necessary steps in improving the concern raised. Let the motto of the organization be shown in the care given to the patient.

Fully money minded management and staff. If you have insurance or not, these guys will loot you. For a 10 minute procedure (normal medical colleges take half a day to complete), they are admitting for 3 continuous days.

My father admitted with Covid 19 positive as per microlab antigen test and Pushpagiri hospital never did repeat test like other hospirals. They treated my father in Covid ICU and at the time of death he was negative (Truenat). Wrongly treated my father, I felt. I myself is a medical professional. At least don't do it for others. We are helpless.

Admitted my grandfather with an antigen positive test (from another hospital) in their Covid ward without confirming (using RT-PCR or other method) if he was positive or not, despite repeated requests to have a covid test done. He passed away recently and he turned out to be negative for covid. If he was negative all along we could've at least given him better treatment and probably even be beside him when he left. Being a hospital they probably see deaths everyday but for us, we can't replace our loved ones.

Recently I visited this hospital for my daughter due to some ear problem, and I got an appointment to Dr Mithra, that was a great experience, am sure that she is one of the best ENT Specialists in Thiruvalla. Highly reccomended.

Very bad experience from this hospital, my mother admitted for angioplasty, and that time diagnosed hepatitis, but the staff nurse didn't pass information to us, they hide from us, no cooperation from cardiac one doctor named cheriyan, his behavior bad, cardiac ward head nurse also not coming for daily patient rounds, very very bad experience

Most of what I heard is bad review as many of the patients died, or nearly died in their treatment.
But years before, till 1990s, they were extremely good and was a place to be for all sort of patients. Advantageously located in middle of the Thiruvalla town but the heavy traffic towards, Thiruvalla (Town, Deepa Jn, Ramanchira, Muthoor Jn, Fish Market etc) from all sides pose hindrance for patients from far off places.

Very bad service especially from nurses. My aunt was admitted in female gastro ward and done ct scan, the study was incomplete and radiology department informed to the nurses about this and neither nurses nor doctors didnt informed us about this. Upon discharge when asked for report they are telling that the study was incomplete need to do again. And when we clarified about this the nurse was shouting to my husband and they did not returned the extra medicines to pharmacy. Only the thing is billing department works well there. Very very bad sevice and much concentrated in billing only.

The house keeping is worst way of talking to family is so rude, speaking dirty words.

Please don't fooled by the name medical college - this hospital is just meant for emergency/ first aid. If you really care for your beloved ones, please get out of this place as early as possible although these folks give humpty number of reasons to avoid discharge. Trust my word, I lost my mom just because of their sheer negligence!

Very bad admin department. I hv called to enquire about a vacancy, the reply about that was a kind of arrogance. They even didnt enquired what was the matter, the lady who spoke to me was of the feeling that she was the owner of the hospital.
It was not the first time staff behavior I felt bad, when I took my daughter to hospital before 1 year the same kind of arrogance was their.

My father died at this hospital because of the the cardiologist Dr. Goerge Koshys carelessness and lack of proper after discharge medical checkup requirement instructions. Even after they knew that he wouldn't recover they kept him in ICU for several days on life support to extract money. All in our family have decided not to visit this hospital again for any medical reasons.

Despite having a retrospective outlook of the newly constructed buildings and central air conditioning, the mindsets of the doctors are rotten and below average. My one year old kid was in the ICU where they had a weird rule that 'feeding bottle is not allowed'. My wife was surprised by the response of a lady doctor there, threatening to 'throw the bottle out'. Is this care or arrogance? I feel pity on the management who recruits these doctors who doesn't even know how to behave with patients and children. Not to mention the cries of my boy, when poked with plastic syringe, as I have seen many professionals both in India and abroad who are truly caring when procedures are done, especially on a child. Patients are not supposed to used the ICU bathrooms with flip flops, but the nurses who comes in and out can. If so, can this be counted as a rule? Patients are asked walking in bare legged to stained washroom! What more can be expected by a hospital. Will this help to cure or spread disease!

Pathetic services given by the doctors and nurses. Dr. Lovin George Tomy doesnt have manners to speak with the patient and their relatives. No extra bedsheets given for the patient to change for their bed. No proper information given to the guardian with regards to the medication going on for the patient. I do not wish to give even a single star.

Pushpagiri medical college is the first private medical college run by Malankara catholic sabha in Thiruvalla. Thete is one more medical college in thiruvalla in the private sector. This medical college is situated about 2 kms from thiruvalla town. Very easy to reach from town by car or aurorickshaw. Railway station also within 2 kms. Under graduation and post graduation studies are thete for medical and nursing students. Most of the medical departments are available. Patients of Thiruvalla thaluk and neibouring places come here for treatment.

Cardiac department PRO is very bad that interaction is nearly impossible. He was not supportive with insurance reimbursement. Except him being pathetic, rest of the team was good.

Absolutely a pathetic hospital to visit and consult. My experience had been very bad on 2 of the occasion out of 3. I don't have a option to rate it negative stars else. I would have done it. After 14 days I have one to the hospital again for the holter test, the hopsital provides me a room with AC with the temp contoler @ 10 degree and you sweat in the room. And I spoke to a PRO team I have already changed the room 3 times who tell me to change the room for the 4th time with the patient shamlessly. That's the solution he has.

They don't have any person responsible @ the desk apart from the non responsible folks sitting here. And when asked for the supervision they don't have any nor they any number can be contacted. I also happend to ask if can arrange one who is responsible they don't have any person who manages the PRO team.

This is a absolutely pathetic place to visit and get human being even though their mission statement says we care and God cures.this is a completely useless place.

I have leaving the hospital without completing treatment. Absolutely pathetic services and pathetic people who manage the place

Insurance desk sucks.
PRO desk even worse.
