Budget friendly lodge located opposite to Payyanur old bus stand. Rooms are very neat & clean. Hot water available for bath. Good to stay.

1. Difficult for pure veg
2. No kettle, toiletries provided.

Kudos to kamlakshan for taking good care of my family for their stay. Hands down better than other hotels in payyanur.

Best place in Payyanur town. And here restaurant food is very testy. And here manager is super best person for top notch service.

Neat rooms, Good service. The way is very narrow. Will be hard for big vehicles to park inside.

Excellent hotel located opposite the Old Bus Stand. Very clean and everything works. Nice good hot water. The owner was extremely helpful in planning my travels. He even drew maps and they were perfect.

Nice Hotel to stay, Near to Main Bus Stand can communicate easily.but Food was not as expected. Need to adjust for food (or) you can look for good restaurants around.

It's a neat and sweet economical place to unwind for the night. Don't expect any glitter or glamor.

Good residency to stay with family, all the hotel staffs are friendly, neat and clean rooms, room space is very less, near to payyanur oldbustand, it's just opposite Raj residency, here parking is very difficult and space is very less.moderate cost, in payyanur it's a best place to stay in affordable price with luxury status.

The services provided were best in class. Hot water, food services etc were perfect. I HV been here 2-3 tines ie whenever I visited payyanur and the services that I got from these people were economically feasible and best at that price range.

Pros: cleanliness, hospitality, walkable distance from bus station, matching business standards.
Cons: BAR nearby, drunkards in the walkway, the area is a place where political riots occur often.

Good for single stay. Family is also okay. Staff are very helpful. Only down side is with the limited parking and small approach road in case you come in a car. Very close to the Payyanur bus stand.

The entry and way to parking is very narrow and management does not care about the guests. You can see scratch marks on the wall through out but still the management does not give a damn. A responsible management with commitment towards guests will put atleast some rubber linings on the wall to avoid guests car scratching. The entry to compound is also very narrow and have a pole aside the way in prone to damage cars. Would not recommend.

Good stay also reasonable price. But car parking will be a issue I think. I had bike with me so no problem

Best place to stay with family. Good behaviour by staffs. Good restaurant also available for dining.

Value for money. It was really a wonderful experience we had there. Nice restaurant is also there. Didn't expect such a good hotel in a small town like Payyannur. Highly recommended.
