Puttu Kada

The old glory is no more in Puttukada. Not a food seri but a very dirty environment. There used to be a puttu shop in Karunagapally. Its taste and service are in mind. May they be able to regain the lost glory.

Ask the price properly before ordering inside AC room, otherwise it would be shocking for some people.

Rate of food is too much. Most of restaurants in karungappalli have rate is much less than here. Alfam rate is 130 for quarter. And in other retaurants its 100. A cost of chappati is 15. And beefroast is 120 and in other restarants its 8 rs and 80 rs. Makkale ooombikkal aane ivide. Pokuaaane edappallicottayil calimiro restaurant und. Less cost and more food. Food I like it, but they serve extra because of that we are wasting food and money they deciding how many number of chappathi/porotta we need don't asked

It is one of the famous restaurant in Karunagappally. Just near to KSRTC BUS station.contemporary and local food items are available.

Veg meals costs almostplq 90 rupees.you may have 12 varieties of curries along with payasam.
Meals and Fish fry was good.
Especially the serving people was awesome. The respect and care delivered to me was also good.

This hotel is on the highway side. I visited this place for breakfast during a long drive. The food is nice and okay. Service is also above average. There are toilet facilities on the top floor. Good place for a short snack or a small meal during your highway drives.

Had breakfast there on the election day. Good food and above average service. The restrooms are upstairs, and are relatively clean for a busy place. It is famous for non veg menu, and the evenings are extremely busy. I had south indian breakfast and it was very tasty. Would definitely recommend this place.

Worst ambience, worst service, below average food, over priced and shabby.

It was in between a journey from ekm to tvm that we had food from here.
We 1st ordered puttu chickpea curry, chapatti egg roast and chicken curry. The chickpea curry was over salty and and over spicy. The only good thing in egg roast was the boiled egg, the gravy was too watery. It could be called egg chilly water than roast.
The chicken in the curry was from ages. It was evident that it was a fry from previous day or week. The puttu was soft and chapatti was just good.

The staffs were rude and nothing bothered them. They were not ready to hear what we say.

The total area was shabby and dusty. (May be coz I was in Non AC). Also the hotel was filled with some old electronic gadgets.

Never ever would I suggest or attempt to go here even if I am hungry.

Tasty food, priced on the expensive side.
We had Naadan Kozhi curry (Rs190), Pathiri (Rs10), Porotta (Rs10), Pineapple Juice (Rs60), Boost in hot milk (Rs40) on 19 May 2019 around 7.30pm.

Don't go for Kuzhimanthi there.

Puttu special restaurant. But all type of food are available here. Veg and non veg food are available here. Parking facilities available here in road. Clean and hygienic customer friendly service. Moderate waiting times. More preference travellers. Large shop manage rush.

Nice restaurant in National High way. Famous for traditional delicacy Puttu Steam cake. Offers both Veg and non vegetarian options. Parking space is wast and restaurant situated just before KARUNAGAPALLY KSRTC busstand. Card payment option is also avilable. Staffs are very humble and friendly

A very nice restaurant with a unique ambiance of duty free items. You can see a variety of electronics and cosmetic items in this hotel shelf. That is the uniqueness. They have separate sections for veg and non veg. They have a big AC room also for the guests. Food is really good and the service is also excellent. Normal break fast cost almost 100 rs for a person. Items are a bit costly compared to the same range hotels. It's easy to notice the restaurant as it's in karunagappaly center.

A 24 hour eatery at Karunagapally. Puttukada is fanour for their puttu and other curry combos like chicken perattu, beef roast and all. There are a wide range of side dishes along with chiratta puttu 24/7. They tastes yum and finding a seat in peak times is just impossible.

Food @ 24*7, good steam cakes with veg and non vegitarian dishes. Most of the night travelers are taking food from this hotel and they are keeping taste and quality of the food for long time, I had food from these hotel multiple time along with my friends and we all are like the food here. This hotel is located near by KSRTC buss stand and near by National Highway.

Average hotel which you can choose at midnight as it operates 24/7. The taste is not consistent. Sometimes you may feel the taste and quality good, but sometimes not. I have visited this hotel multiple times. Right now the service as well as food is good. The hotel offers big parking space infront of National highway. Even there is no space you can park vehicle nearby. Good for big groups for dining.

Good Foood, availability of food all the time. But giving only 4 * as it compromised in taste of food now a days. At a time puttukada taste was excellent but comparitively now not as good as at older times.

Very bad behaviour. Cheating customers with billing high amount and extra GST which is illegal. Staff behaviour is very poor. Not recommending this restaurant.

24 /7 nice medium grade restaurant. I find it to be only restaurant open in night when I arrive at karunagapally. Good enough non veg and puttu and some items like chiratta puttu available.price is slightly higher than medium hotels.location close to bus stand.
