Ambience is okay, price is reasonable and the food is Average, i had beef perattu, and i feel which is not fully cooked

This place is really a hangout place for me.
We usually order Chicken kothu porotta and beef kothu porotta. It is a good pick. Love the chicken fried rice and my favourite was beef omlet. I am a great fan of their ginger tea too. Puzhayoram.great vibe.

YouTube വീഡിയോ കണ്ട് വളരെ ആഗ്രഹത്തോടെ മീൻ വിഭവങ്ങൾ കഴിക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചു പോയതാണ്. മീനിന്റെ 2 iteme മാത്രമേ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളു. ഒരു ഫുൾ മീൻ (കാളാഞ്ചി) size അനുസരിച്ച് 400-500 ആകും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞത് പ്രകാരം ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തു. 7: 00 PM ന് ഓർഡർ ചെയ്ത ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് കിട്ടിയത് 07: 52 ന്. കഴിച്ചു തുടങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ ആ മീൻ വേകാത്തത് ആണെന്ന് മനസിലായി. അത് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ മീൻ തിരികെ കൊണ്ടു പോയി വീണ്ടും കുക്ക് ചെയ്തു തന്നു. അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ കഴിക്കാൻ ഉള്ള മൂഡ് ഫുൾ പോയി. പിന്നെ കസ്റ്റമർ സർവീസ് വളരെ മോശം. ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഓർഡറുകൾ എല്ലാം ഒരു പേപ്പറിൽ എഴുതി കൊണ്ട് പോയി. വെയിറ്റ് ചെയ്തു മടുത്തപ്പോൾ അതൊക്കെ ക്യാൻസൽ ചെയ്തു. ബില്ല് വന്നപ്പോൾ അതിലും രസം. 400-500 ഒക്കെ ആകൂ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞത് പ്രകാരം ഓർഡർ ചെയ്ത മീൻ bill വന്നപ്പോൾ 800. ഇത്രയും ആകുമോ എന്ന് ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ 200 ഉടനെ കുറച്ചു. 600 തന്നാൽ മതി എന്നായി. പകുതി വെന്ത മീൻ ആയത് കൊണ്ടാകുമോ അങ്ങനെ.

The road is a bit difficult to drive as it's full of gutter.
