PVS Mango Bakers

Mango bakers pookunnam, we had a very bad experience and the customer service is so pathetic. Cashier was so rude to us, even though he made mistakes, he showed an attitude we cant tolerate. Teach the staffs to behave more politely to customers. And improve your cake quality.

It is really good you have space to have ear snacks and tea in front of the shop itself you will find varieties of cakes there Not only cakes you will find variety of sweets

Customer service is pathetic. You need to keep waiting for items to be given. Eveyone will say, will come in 2 mins.

Different sales persons will Servent you, and finally when they bill some items will be missing. This has happened thrice for me. Twice I called and told them to be careful about this.since there is no change, providing a review here.

My recent phone order experience with this bakery was disappointing. Despite placing my cake order in advance, they ended up giving it to another customer. This mix-up caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. It's crucial for a bakery to maintain order accuracy and prioritize customer satisfaction. I hope they take this incident as a learning opportunity to improve their service and prevent such mistakes in the future.

One stop shop for all bakery items. Always fresh and tasty. Reasonable price. Friendly and co-operative staff. Fast billing. Only drawback.no Car parking area.

Good one and tasty products served here. Not much in space. But most of the bakery items available.

Can improve customer service. Ordered cutlets and some other items. Paid the bill for everything, cutlet included. They but forgot to place the cutlet. Went and told them about it. Staff is always talking and joking with each other. No one to enquire about a matter.saw the cutlet packed and sitting on the counter.pointed that out to the billing staff and was handed over the package.
Please check all items when you place them on the bag What if i had not checked and gone home,?

I ordered cake many times. Cakes are superb. Never dissapointed me with the quality. Their breads are fresh and soft. Sugar bread is there. It is coated with sugar grains. Different types of Swiss rolls are available. It is on the road side.

This is the best place for a tea break or snacks whichever branch of this bakers it is! All their freshly baked snacks, pastries or even packaged snacks are so yummy, crispy and fresh. I love their egg puffs and cutlets. Its been a rule to buy birthday cakes from here if we want nominally priced cakes. It tastes good as the ones you get from home bakers. The best part is the way they had followed covid protocols so well during the virus outbreak. The one suggestion I would like to make is to extend your bakers with a little bigger sitting area so that we ll be able to taste all the goodies you have in your shop!

Fresh and tasty items and reasonable rates, place well lit and nice ambience.
Reposting on 31st March 2022: - Mango Bakery Punkunnam is still maintaining their quality and taste.
I feel the franchise owners should upgrade and update the store as even though their goods are top quality the ambience of stall does look outdated.
