We had a horrible experience today. I am not the one who likes providing bad reviews. Should have checked the reviews before going. I wish I could provide 0 stars for service. The kitchen desperately needs a manager who can run the pass. We received the food extremely late. We were given just rice items first and had to cancel our fish after 1 hour. We had also ordered veg food. We just got fried rice and waited for 30 mins before we got gobi, which was inedible as it has loads of pepper. The management should make the decision to shut the restaurant down, and focus on a limited menu with improved food quality. Rather than provide bad service. It is not fair for the staff who are trying to do their best. The place is really clean and staff want to do well but need an experienced manager in the kitchen.

Most ideal place in munnar if you are a billionaire to pay and have one hour to wait for the food

Pathetic service.
While entering the restaurant we enquired with the manager about certain food dishes he said it's available. But while ordering we were informed that it's not available.

The behavior of the waiter was very bad and arrogant.
We had to wait for 20 mins before the food was served to us. Main course was served before serving the starters.
For each and every item we have to remind them for 3 to 4 times.
Even for serving hot water it took 20 mins.
Except the ambience there is noting positive about the restaurant.

It's an amazing budget hotel. Mostly all facilities are available and the staff is also very humble and helpful. I interacted with GM and he tried his best to help me out. Thank you for your entire team.

Bad service. We sat there for like 10 minutes during lunchtime, half of the tables were empty but no one came to attend, or just give us a menu. Initially we were hesitant to try this restaurant seeing all the negative reviews but went inside anyway. But guess what, those negative reviews were right.
This restaurant is sitting beside a famous restaurant which is full during peak hours, if the management wanted they could use this as a good opportunity and could grab the customers from this restaurant who had long waiting time in the alibaba restaurant. Looks like lazy people.
Sad, good ambience but very pathetic service.

The worst restaurant in munnar.the way they treat the guests is awful.
Dont waste ur time and appetite there.

Very bad service, firstly please stop gazing or entering this hotel. Some flaws in management and staff as follows:

1. No customer satisfaction, no respect for customer.

2. Basic item like hot water is not served, need to remind 4 to 5 times about each item.

3. Staff least bothered About customer's difficulty, Food served late and they do not bother to tell customer about why it is so late. Took 45 minutes for food to serve.

4. Quantity wise very less, no extras allowed.

5. Have seen customers going in angrily due to scarce food at high expense.

6. I can guarantee you very very bad hotel management and not cost affective.

Good ambience but quality of food below par and in addition the waiter kept mixing up our orders. So to summate: not worth the money
