QRS Super Centre

The QRS super centre has an electronics store, a Nilgiris Supermarket, a fashion retail store - all with enough parking.

In our experience, the supermarket is well stocked, but the prices are a bit premium when compared to other supermarkets. The quality of produce has dropped a bit from what it used to be in the first few months - but still ok.

Though we switched to the Lulu Hypermarket for several months once they opened, we have reverted to QRS due to its proximity and the fact that we tend to buy lot of unnecessary stuff at Lulu Mall.

Since we are regulars here, the staff and security folks always greet us with a smile - while is also very reassuring.

The parking experience at QRS is not that great -though it's free. If you can't get parking infront of the store, you have to park in the basement. Usually, parking in the basement is a breeze - but on crowded days, you will be forced to park next to the pillars of the building. That makes it very tricky - especially if you have a big car. Besides, only experienced drivers will be able to get the car out of the basement, and back into the crowded main road due to the elevation.

I have been a long-term customer of QRS and have made most of my AC and fridge purchases from QRS. This time, I had a very bad experience with a customer service representative and had to leave without making a purchase.

Security at the front is bad really really bad.no patience. The guys this he owns the place.

Good shop for electronics. Good service by salesboys. Nilgris and a bakery is attached along with it.

It's a miracle mini super market including Nilgiris grocery, cosmetics market, Max clothing shop and mobile, electronics, household items of QRS shop. You will get almost all items required for your home.
Fruits and vegetables are also available.
Convenient to one place shopping.

QRS super centre situated at kallampally, sreekariyam is a one stop centre for shoping for all electronic items. The staff is polite and customer supportive

I recently purchased Samusung 43 LED Smart TV, Samsung washing machine and refrigerator from QRS store. As we compare the rate its reasonable from all nearby shops. Excellent delivery of items, staffs behavior is Superb, especially Executive Rajkamals customer relation is superb.

I actually went there to buy a tv. The way the sales executive rajkamal behaved and the explanation was truly good. And there after I added one more decision to buy a speaker for the tv also. He explained me a lot regarding the spec of my favourite tv and he explained compared it's with the other branded tvs also. It was a nice experience.

We went to buy a mixer grinder, but the salesman can't explain the features of different models they presented.

A very spacious showroom with almost all kinds of electronic items well arranged. Well behaved staff.i do recommend this showroom for every one

Very very Poor customer service for home appliance bought from QRS. They are not communicating efficiently. Not making useful follow up actions after purchasing the products.

Good collection of items, apart from electrical we can get the grocery and other common stuff.
In terms of electrical they have wide variety of products from refrigerator, washing machines, led television, music system to food processor, mixer grinder, iron box, and even good range of electronic products like mobile phones etc.and not to miss that they have good offers too on various credit card like no cost EMI and cashback offers etc.

Staff are not at all hostile. They have an attitude of buy if you want or leave. I went there to buy a stabilizer and they tried to sell an incorrect model which does not suit my requirement. Good that I had done a basic research before going there, I was able to argue and get the right one.

Max staff behavior was excellent. But the problem is that there is not much collection for gents Shirt & T-shirt XXL Size. We are the regular customer for Max. The main issue is that whenever we are walk-in to the Max ESCALATOR is not working properly.

Almost all household things are available. They should arrange proper parking for 2 wheelers as lot of shoppers come

They don't trust their customers, even after paying at the checkout counter they will stop customers at the exit, check their receipts to make sure they aren't stealing anything. They treat customers like shoplifters no matter what/how much they bought from the store, every single time. Disrespecting customers, bad experience.

കടയിൽ നിന്ന് മാന്യമായി കാശും കൊടുത്തു സാധനങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങി പുറത്തേക്കു പോകുമ്പോൾ വാതിൽക്കൽ തടഞ്ഞു നിർത്തി ബിൽ വാങ്ങി എന്തെങ്കിലും കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്ന് നോക്കുന്ന വളരെ മോശം അനുഭവമാണ് ഇവിടെ നിന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാവുന്നതു.

Has QRS, Max Fashions, Nilgiris and Ambrosia all in one roof. Have ample space for parking. A good place for regular shopping.

Went to this shop on 31/8/19. Wanted to enquire about a TV. Customer service at its worst. They don’t even listen to their staff at counter- because I couldn’t find anyone hanging around I went to counter to enquire, they tried to help. But everyone hanging around pretended to be busy, so I had to make better use of my time by going to another shop. Your equipment store wouldn’t be my favourite.

Such a bad service that i ever seen till now. I had purchased a big product. When i paid to them, they put me on wait for 10 minute to get my commodity. After a while they just simply put the packed infront of me, when i asked them to give me a paper carrying bag, they said" this is how we do to all"
This was so hesitating.

I had bad experiences from Nilgiris floor staffs and securities many times. Not customer friendly and very bad behaviour, they treated customers as thieves. They compelled me to keep my Laptop bag at the entrance, even there is no security shelves for baggages. If we take our bag inside, they follows us like a CID while we shopping. Inatead of these moving cctvs, you can fix cctv cameras or security buzzer on exit door or you can tag our bag zips at the entrance. And educate them good manners too. We are customers not beggers. Please mind it.

Hopeless place and pathetic management. Cross check your bill always. I have had three instances where my bill had more amount than the printed MRP. On bringing this to the notice of the manager he says sometimes it happens and he gives a look that I am begging for my 1 rupee. They are doing this to probable 50 customers in a day.always check your bill at QRS
The products are frequently near expiry (particularly the dairy products) and the veggies are all old. And all the veggies and fruits and priced higher than the normal price at other near by stores.

So convenient. Plenty of parking (underground too) can get electrical/electronic equipment, clothes and all your groceries and green groceries under one roof. A few grocery items weren't in-stock but otherwise all essentials available. There's a sit and dine bakery too

Good place. Options for good grocery, electrical appliances, and ambrosia too is good. Great to see they offer paper bags for vegetables. But why washroom so far. In the basement?

Clean and hygienic. Well maintained, sufficient parking lot and best thing is that you get what you want as there is Nilgiris, Ambrosia, QRS for electronics and Max for shopping clothes
