Good place budget friendly and the owner was very calm and helpful
Must suggest whoever visiting first time you can stay here.
It looks like a home stay dont expect more luxury and amenities, etc,
Food will be prepared on an order basis
The place is on the main road and elephants park kallari center shopping all are walkable

The experience was awesome and I recommend this place for 2-3 people for sure. Why because the rooms were big enough, clean, owner, and caretaker - all were really good.
Of all my staying experiences in Kerala - Quadiriya Palace was a good one within budget. Nothing to worry about the rooms size, cleanliness etc.
An extra mattress is provided depending upon the bookings.
They follow our instructions in everything and thanks for providing a nice breakfast.
As an extra option, we have a lot of other small eateries for lunch or dinner adjacent to the hotel. Sightseeing and shopping are nearby and don't consume a lot of travel time.
Yunoos and his in-laws - they all are really good with us and gave us suggestions and an idea about the nice places to visit. It is good to stay with good people around and I recommend staying here.

They have an artifacts store (everything is made of wood) which includes gifting items/showpieces/decorative items. I recommend everyone check it.

I am sure I will stay at this place once again.

The owners, especially Mr. Yunoos, are very nice and help you with everything you want to do in Kumily, e.g. All the bookings or finding a taxi. The place is clean and an extra mattress can be provided if needed.
You can get breakfast even before 7 am.

Hotels and staff are very good.

Owner Yoonus really helpful specially arranging in Jeep Safari and Marshal Arts session.

More important thing I noticed here is 24hrs hot water supply.

It was a wonderful stay at hotel Quadiriya Palace. I had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and the rooms and bathrooms were clean with hot water facility and are budget friendly. They serve meals and tea/coffee on pre ordering the menu. The host Mohammed Yunoos was very supportive  and took care of all the ticket bookings for us and guided us on the itinerary during our stay. The hotel is at a prime location and is very close to the main market for shopping, bus stand and the Periyar Tiger Reserve.
Also forgot to mention, the terrace of this hotel gives a wonderful scenic view for relaxed evening sit outs.   Me and my family will always cherish the wonderful memories made at this  hotel and town.

Great place to stay in Thekkady. The Hotel is near the Periyar National Park, a small walking distance. Great rooms, free WiFi, great staff.

We stayed there for 2 days. Room was very clean and owners are very friendly. They booked Kathakali & Kalaripattu show tickets early. So we got very good seats. We booked the Periyar lake boating tickets in advance online by ourselves, as per their suggestions. Because of Dewali rush, hopefully we got the only last 2 tickets for that day. Overall stay was great and very much pocket friendly.

Best place to stay in Thekkady, Very near to Periyar tiger reserve, You can have peaceful environment. Owner Younus Bhai is so cooperative, made my whole Kerala trip easy, He arranged everything for me such a nice person. Must Visit

Good friendly and reliable staff. Nice and clean rooms with private balconies. Near to periyar tiger reserve. Jungle safari and spice garden visit were arranged by the hotel staff. Near to kalari kathakali centre.

Nice Hotel to stay with family. Hotel located near to the centre. Room's are big and spacious.they are very helpful and genuine.we enjoyed a lot. We went nearly 12 people occupied with 4 rooms. Absolutely homestay, will never feel like that we are in someone's place. Awesome view and other amenities. And finally Younus brother the one who is managing this palace, he is a great human being I have ever met in my life. Keep rocking.

The resort is located very near to Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary with best view point, it has great facilities (cozy and very clean rooms) and the most kind and helpful staff. Its just a walkable distance to Tiger reserve entrance gate. It was great for families and people who seek relaxation, everything was perfect (room service, delicious food). Thanks to Basha and Yunoos who helped us with everything and guided a best places for sightseeing. It was a great experience and wonderful stay at Quadiriya Palace!
