Have used Queens Milano each time we visit Kottayam for over a year now. We’ve always had great experience and customer service from the staff. Happy with their work and would highly recommend. Communication is easy via phone call or WhatsApp. Always remember to call before returning to pick up your item so they can make sure it’s ready in time.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Clothes were not stitched according to my preference. They couldnt even complete the stitching on the initial promised date and did not even care to finish it on the date and time they said they could complete it.
I was a regular customer here but no longer going to trust them because of their unprofessional behaviour.

They have the worst service, exorbitant pricing, rude and irresponsible owner. Had to go for multiple visits to get the product done. And to top it all, it was stitched horribly, and when requested for alterations, the owner lady had the nerve to pass body shaming comments. Its a definite never go to tailoring center with horrible customer service. I even saw them verbally harassing another customer who faced an issue where her stiched product was stiched in somebody else's measurements! These guys have really got the nerve to play with peoples money and cheat them!

Worst experience ever. Given a wedding blouse for my sister and havent even finished the stitching until the day before wedding. Moreover, irresponsible and won't recomment for anyone.

Worst service. Went for my wedding blouse stitching and haven’t even completed the stitching the day before wedding. They haven’t completed the work that was supposed to complete 5 days before wedding and said like they haven’t got enough time to do it. Don’t risk to give your items for stitching there. Very sad with their service.

Very poor stitching and high rate. Lost all my expensive materials.very very very pooor quality stitching.and rate is very high.highest in Kottayam town

Very good work but too expensive. 3-4 times more expensive than that of normal tailors in bangalore for the same work done.
