Very worst experience from Raheem restaurant, especially the staff named Suresh K S. The staff even don't know the manners to deal with the customer.
The person named Suresh k s was dealing with a bad attitude to us.

Dear Owner,
Are you there when he deals with me. His attitude was so bad and he don't know how to communicate with a customer. Also asking for age proof as a part of verification is a good thing and I could accept it. But he should know how to ask the proof. And you said that he was asking politely.that's a big lie.if he dealt politely we didn't write this review. Hope you understand. Try to give a training to the staffs about customer service and manners before hiring them to the job.

I gave 4* just due to the abtique nature of reaidency. Its worth to stay here. Price are not that much as compare to experience.
The restaurant closes bit early and that should be considered by management.

Excellent resort. Enjoyed a lot. Beach just in front. Nice and clean swimming pool. Staff were humble and friendly. Only minor issue I faced was lack of service near swimming pool. The service bell buzzer was not responded at all.

The place is nice, staff is very helpful. The plug points in the room were unserviceable, wish they had looked into it. The linen was very worn out.

As I arrived at the hotel I stressed to them about my expired visa from 2022 and to photocopy the correct valid visa for 2023.and to make sure they photocopy the right documents.this did not happen. And ended up getting phone calls and knocks on my door for me to get up and correct it. Even though I told them I'm tired and sleeping they kept going on.
When we were ready their offices were closed.
In the morning we were accused of lying and not telling them about the visas (by someone who wasn't even there the day before) ?

The room had more mosquitos than anywhere else. Told them about this issue. For which she said they'll spray some spray in my room! Told them to wait till I'm back from lunch as I had all my things laying around the place and didn't want this spray anywhere near. This also didn't happen I walked into a room with dead mosquitoes all over the place. Basically goiing ahead without me being there.

Breakfast finished at 10 we went down at 9.50 and asked if we can eat. To which the waiter shouted back saying no.open at 12. And for hotel residents only, we told him we were staying at the hotel. But kept on chatting rudely. Basically embarrassing us in front of the other diners who were eating, who sat jiggling away.

Only merit was the security guard who was doing his job properly.

Sitting back now reading the reviews. The staff being very rude is a common occurrence. Maybe teach staff how to approach and professionally treat people might come in handy?

One of the worst service possible. Kept waiting without anyone who cares to come by. Very slow service and worse is no one bothers. Waiting and waiting and no food yet

The rooms were clean and it has vintage look. The best part of this hotel is that Alleppey Beach is at a walkable distance. The food served was good but there are not many options to choose.

Good place for a weekend chill. They have a pool and the beach is right across the main road. Food is good too. Staff is very good and helpful. Overall a very nice experience. Vintage property, so dont expect 5 star accommodation. Rustic and earthy, soul soothing.

Came to see the famous boat race. The rooms and design are spectacular. Amazing attention to details. Iconic shower. Pool looks like this coz it was monsooning but we had a great time.so much style! Funny and welcoming staff as well.
