The location and the rooms are great however the jacuzzi tub is not maintained properly and there is a lot of dust.

We had a strange encounter with insects such as grasshopper and caterpillar

Hotel under renovation, restaurant not operational, only room service, no menu but dictation on call, fewer occupancy, do not recommend. I took breakfast and dinner inclusive in MakeMyTrip booking, no choice you are at their mercy.whatever they dump you have to eat.broken toilet seat.uncomfortable extra bed.

Good place to stay for 2-3 days. Very relaxed stay nice private cottages. Staff were helpful. Food was ok ok could have been better. Place is very green they have maintained the place with lot of plantations.

Our stay in Raindrops resort was very good. Rooms, swimming pool and property are neatly maintained. They serve delicious food.

Here the main problem is the road and parking space as they don't have the sufficient parking space.

Had a great stay with family and kids. It's a great facility and really enjoyed the hospitality. Would like to revisit again and get rejuvenated. Even, I feel one of the good resorts in Wayanad. The location is amazing and amenities also good.

An unplanned trip to Waynad ended great with this last minute find we came across while hunting for stays.
Nestled amidst beautiful paddy fields, this resort is a perfect getaway to experience calm and serene nature with luxury and comfort.
Approach to the main gate of the resort is just a km or less drive from the main road.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
Every staff member we encountered were delightful and eager to help specially Alvin. Loved his service.

The rooms we stayed in were Non A/C rooms since the weather was gorgeous. Light to moderate rainfall and cloudy weather was just the right mood for this lush green resort.
Their breakfast spread is limited with local Kerala delicacies which we really loved. As for the food from the menu, we'd rate that a 4 out of 5.
Cleanliness is top Notch! This is one thing we appreciated the most.

Peaceful place for a perfect vacation. Service and food is very good. Overall very calm and relaxing place from busy schedule.

Good location with lot of greenery around. It has a neatly maintained swimming pool. But the food taste is not satisfactory.

Rooms were good but not that great for the money we paid, Location is great, There are insects everywhere which is one of the main issue in this resorts, Food was average, And here comes the pool which they've used to much of chlorine which gave rashes to both me and my husband.

A fantastic place to relax. Lovely food, amazing service and support, wonderful scenic beauty, plenty of trees, clean swimming pool. Wonderful place to unwind. Carry your liquor is the only caution.

Don't go for their Spa as that's the only thing which is under par. Otherwise the whole experience is 5

Stayed here for 2 nights, staff is friendly and hospitality service is appreciated. Expect wild creatures, insects as it's in the midst of nature and enjoy the place. Rooms are spacious, washrooms are maintained clean, great view from balcony. Close to Sultan Bathery and Wild life sanctuary.

Amazing place nearby Wayanad, clean and tidy cottages, games room, swimming pool, trampoline, swings and restaurant area. Friendly staff who would go that extra mile to make your stay more comfortable. The property is in midst of coffee plantation and facing large lush green paddy fields.

Excellent location. Courteous staff. Team house keeping was very kind and helpful. The restaurant staff never failed to surprise us each time we stepped in. Chef Akhil was too good as he made our stay all the more memorable serving food just the way you want it to be.

Your swimming pool water has too many chemicals. Their is some problem in your swimming pool water for sure. My mother has got erosions on her eye conrea due to your pool water. Improve the quality of your swimming pool water.

It's in Wayanad district of Kerala. Let me update the pros and cons of selecting this.
Pros
It's easy to reach from the Karnataka side.
Resort is built with trees in place and that gives good looks and also shade.
Just 6kms to Sulthanbettery Town.
Service is good if not quickest

Cons
It's expensive for the rooms compared to others.
Food is just average and there is no wow factor
Entrance road is not good and it's narrow
There are insects everywhere and personally I don't have issues but others might
Their bathtub is just cold water capable and it's so big that it's just a waste of water.
Didn't give me printed bill
AC was not working as fast and I didn't raise an issue as it rained the day we went.
No security at gate and gates were always open.
Swimming pool water had more chlorine which created rashes on nose for everyone

Overall it's a nice place to go if you are ok with the above points.

Our stay at Raindrops Resorts was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made us feel at home. The resort is built around nature with lots of trees. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Chef were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious specialities for us to try. We left feeling rejuvenated and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended!

Our family had an amazing time at Raindrops Resorts. The resort catered to our every need, making sure our kids had a fantastic vacation. The trampoline and outdoor archery were fun the spacious and well-appointed jacuzzi suite, which had separate areas
The pool area was fantastic, with tall trees and a dedicated section for young swimmers or learners. We left with beautiful memories and can't wait to return
