Offf it's my wrost experience when i visited on Have no listed food items, managing is very poor, executive space is also very bad customer managing.couldn't identifies who is the Waiter bcz they have no uniform none of them will deal customer on limited time. Have to wait. In patient's

A truly three star stay.

The place is very well kept. The rooms were clean and the toilets were also kept in a well maintained condition. The location was perfect for us and the staff here are extremely friendly.

The only disappointing aspect was the air conditioning in the room. We had to change rooms to get a room with a celling fan and an ac as the original rooms was just with an ac, which was struggling to maintain a proper room temperature. The ac looks pre-historic and are in a desperate need for an upgrade (hope the management team is reading this).

Other than that than the stay was excellent!

The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city's main attractions. I particularly appreciated the level of attention to detail and the overall quality of service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would rate it 5 stars.

Location is very good; no other similar facility nearby. Food is good. The service needs to improve so much; after food is served, nobody comes to the table, even though only two tables were occupied.

Five years ago and before that, when we used to eat there regularly while travelling, the service and food were great.

It was the most worst experience in my life ever when I've booked room here. You have an online platform Yatra to book room here. But when you book via Yatra, the hotel staffs treats you like we got a free voucher there. Bad experience and poor hospitality. Television need to be punched to turn it on. Only the food was quite okay. Poor Service

Very very bad coustomer service in executive bar.but local bar is good.the staffs are very bad.they don't even care about the costumers leaving or staying.these staffs create a big loss for the owner of this bar if the owner don't take any action in a sudden there staffs will destroy the reputation of such an executive bar.

This review is solely about the restaurant and not the stay.
The food was horrible in every aspect. The soup was cold. The starters were just ok. The breads were literally the worst. Naan was burnt and kerala parotta cannot be called a parotta. The gravies were falvourless with no salt or spice.
Will never return to this place again.

Today's Onam sadhya lunch parcel. Good.thanks.for the pples not able to celebrate at home you did something good. BUT never expected the side-dishes aren't at all upto the mark. That too the quantity? Pickles and "avials" are inside the same size of a tiny container.no sambar.no pulisery.no pappadoms.only the rice alone filling without any satisfactory amount of sidelights which is really unsatisfactory. May be your style. Anyway thanks again

Very poor and unrealistic approach towards serving tables. Worst kind of experience from a hotel with this kind of infra and location.

Nice Hotel as well service. GM Shri Gopinath Very Nice gentleman. Very helpful in all respects. Staff also quite nice. One can prefer to stay.

I was traveling from Kollam to Trivandrum and I could hardly make out some decent restaurants for a fish curry Enroute, finally I visited hoping to be a nice place for food and we even checked before ordering for fish and fish meals, after getting my meals on table I was Highly disappointed with their food as they served cod and freezed mess. They did not even bothered and consider our request to at least give us hot and fresh. I paid 950/- shauch was wase of money and I regret coming to this Restaurant.
Since I have to give some rating I have given one star.

Nice place for stay. Visited this place for doing a booking for my friend. The way the executives greeted us was soo nice. Rooms are well furnished and cleaned. Spacious too. Reasonable rate. Those who stay their will enjoy a hreat stay. A well rated rooms while considering near by hotel rooms too. Trust worthy.

Me and Kollam Cricketer friends had our get together function over there concluded with our lunch. An average Hotel. Nothing spl to talk about.

Previously it had good service and food but now, the standard has dropped. Dissapointed in the functioning of the restaurant.

A good hotel. Tasty food, a wide parking lot, clean and beautiful rooms are the specialities. It has a bar also. On the way to kollam, it is situated nearly one kilometer from Kalluvathukkal Town.

Visited it's restaurant only. The rating is therefore for the restaurant. Nice ambience but small. Air conditioned. Not that crowded. All kinds of dishes available except mutton including Kerala meals. North Indian dishes also available

The ambience and hospitality is very much appreciatable, The menu includes a wide variety of dishes. They plays good music there. But the food they serves don't meet up to the range, Once my friend ordered a soup and he was not able to complete it coz it was too spicy and also the he told that the meat weren't tasting as fresh.

Had a stay here. Good rooms. Staff cooperative. Easy access. Good for a night stop for people going to Trivandrum.

Best Hotel with Delicious foods and Rooms. The Hall is very Good for attend functions.and this hotel can be easily spot, because it is situated near N. H side.

Room was neat and clean.
Food was decent.
Although the air conditioning unit was outdated we are thankful that it worked perfectly.
The wifi routing is outdated and inefficient.
Car parking was available
To sum it all up the stay was not pleasant and disappointing and they tend to overcharge as the services provided was not up to mark, they need to make sure customers are well taken care of with the basic amenities which they are lacking in. The reception members were well mannered and did apologize for the inconveniences but to be honest that won't apply if you overcharge us for the room.
I hope they up their game and make changes to get few positive points into their Kitty looking forward to it.

I went there for an engagement function only. I had'nt a stay there. Only attended the function n had food. Function hall was very pleasant, reception also very pleasant. But parking facility was poor. Food was also excellent
