It's an old building but maintained in good condition. Rooms are good, single room for ₹600 per day is available. It's near to the railway station

Booking facility is pathetic.i booked a single room there.they said rooms are available.but when i reached there.they said no rooms are available.so be careful while booking this hotel
No towels, blankets, soaps, drinking water available there.

Unclean. Sleezy. Zero Vemtilation. Obviously at this rate you can't expect Meridien Level Hospitality and services.
But there are better examples in the vicinity itself. (Like the thottungal lodge offering a ventilated double room for ₹500)

Awesome rooms cleaned and proper sanitized. And its furnitures are good in room clean and i strongly recommend it i stayed 4 days here just near to railway station and ksrtc bus stand by walk you can reach in 30 sec.

Its very near to Railway and Bus station. For people like us coming by train, access to airport and to go Cusat its a transit point. Very cheap and best with good service. Quite peaceful for families too.

Good one. Regular visotor while flying from Nedumbassery. Good ambience, well taken care of, excellent hospitality, very near to Aluva railway station, value for money.

I'm regular visiter of Rajaji Residency, It is economy and very much comfortable to me.

It's a fair enough residence located nearby to railway station. Rooms and facilities should have been better. But economic.
