The experiences I had with the customers were very disappointing. I had to attend to them directly for 13 nights. Despite having a group of 43 people, the service provided was not satisfactory. None of the staff cared for us. The food quality was also very poor.

Good food but there will be some waiting period during weekends for take away orders. Biryani seems to be expensive but the quality of chicken biryani is really good.

Food was good but too much delay in serving. Ambience is good. Customer service needs little more improvement

Too much delay in delivering order. We waited more than 30 minutes just to get order delivered.in addition waited another 20 minutes just to get a table. Very poor customer service. Theres not enough employees to attend to tables. Food is average type. Ambience is not so good.

I prefer this restaurant over any other ones for their Cleanliness, Atmosphere, Friendly staff and of course food quality.

Food is good everything is fine. You don't get any appam idiyappam oratty like item mostly you get only wheat flour items not rice flour items those who have allergy to wheat they can only eat fried rice that only thing their gluten allergy people can eat food chiken items are good not vegitarian item can be get their

My recent visit to this restaurant was a mixed bag. Let's start with the positives - their broasted chicken and potato wedges were delightful. The crispy exterior and tender, flavorful chicken made for a satisfying meal.

Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for other items on the menu. The fried rice and noodles, though labeled as such, had a desi twist that may not be to everyone's liking. The lack of expected vegetables was a letdown. The shawarma, including the chicken pieces, fell into the category of average.

The hot and sour soup and cream of chicken left much to be desired. The consistency was akin to normal water with a hint of flavor, and it even contained unexpected ingredients like beans and cabbage, which wasn't exactly appealing.

Service also left something to be desired. On certain occasions, the waitstaff's demeanor and service left patrons feeling uneasy, an aspect that could certainly use improvement.

In summary, this restaurant offers a mixed dining experience. While their broasted chicken and potato wedges stood out as enjoyable choices, other aspects like the fried rice, noodles, shawarmas, and certain soups left room for improvement. The overall atmosphere could also benefit from a more welcoming service. It might be worth trying for the broasted chicken alone, but manage your expectations for the rest of the menu.

Nice place and everyone should experience one time it seems best place to eat the food

Even for vegetarians also its complete worthy nice staff and they explain about the food very friendly and service is very good

Tried broasted chicken, oily and not so tasty. It was first and last time exp. I don't recommend others to buy it. Instead try some other dishes.

All the foods were very tasty. Service was quick. The restaurant itself was very neat and clean. The shawarma was especially tasty.

Even though they serve extremely good food they need to get their staffs trained or hire new ones for uplifting customer service.especially the one's sitting at billing counter, their attitude and expressions towards customers is like they are gona pay for our food.treating a customer with a smile is much more valuable than addressing a customer as sir or madam.

Had meals and biriyani both were good, Nice ambience. Parking for around 5 Cars available, on main road side itself. Good washrooms and toilet available.restaurant is on first floor Ground floor is supermarket.

Too much delay, long waiting period after ordering and food is highly priced with no additional service or quantity. Poor service and delay. Lot of options available nearby which provides faster, tastier with high quality.

I had ordered egg biriyani because I don't like to eat meat from my childhood. But they provide boiled egg with meat masala. I am so much disappointed about this.this is the main reason I am not interest to go again in this restaurant

For Food customization I had to talk and convince the people who takes the order at the cashier and their manager. I felt bad as the service could get better. Also it took almost 45 mins for shawarma order. I was unhappy in this visit. But the food was good.

Food is good, but very bad customer service. They don't serve people properly. They wasted my time. Took a lot of time to handover my order. Actually they don't value people's time.

Cozy, Food's average. They had a wide variety of dishes. A large super market in the same building. Very good place for a family to hang out

It's the best hotel in Kallambalam. Good ambiance and privacy. Food is tasty but little expensive.
