Very poor customer service. After billing the product they didn’t put one item in our bag and when we went to enquire they check camera and find out that it was not given. Still they didn’t give the product saying that they need to call the staff who did the billing etc.why should we wait for your staff who made a mistake. This is a terrible experience I had from this shop.we have the bill, still they didn’t give us the product. After a struggle and fight they gave the product. We wasted two hours there for getting our billed product. Request everyone to check your bag before heading out from this shop. They are robbers

When i tried to purchase shirts online, ur website not showing shirts western shirts category. Can u chen in that. And one more thing when we visited to ur shop no 1 near padmanabhaswamy temple and we purchase the jase branded shirts at 1st floor on 14 jan 2020, time between 1: 15 to 2: 00 pm i am shocked and sad about ur sales persons behaviour they are so lazy to show the products, behaving like giving in free. Plz check in cctv footage. Just in 30 mins we purchased the 10k value products. We missed lot of collections in ur store. If u want i can send the paid bills. Ok give a glance on ur workers. Same thing happend in other cash counter there id two kids are cashiers. That building doest have lift. But in the store which lift take to 2 nd floor there is a srcitizen person shown number of mundus, jari panchas and peacock model saries. Their we satisfied and billed 6200 +. Thank u.

One of the best and budget shopping centres in trivandrum. Almost all sort of dresses are available here at affordable prices. The shop is situated bit away from the main road/bus stand. You may have to take a walk to or can get autoriksha if you don't have your own vehicle.

Kids, ladies gents all ages dress, kitchen items, gift items can be purchased here at a lower cost than from other markets. Thing is items may not be properly arranged and the staff may not be that supportive here. Go to the shop near kochuloor which is far better than the shop here.

It's a big textiles, with dresses for everyone. There is also a large collection of footwears and shoes available. The quality is not good. There is a huge collection of duplicate company shoes. The dress also don't have quality. The prices is very cheap. We could find everything there. They have kitchen utensils, plates, decorative, etc. There is a super market and a food court. The food court consists of bakery also. The food is in Tamil nadu style which I don't like.
