Worst experience ever. No staff cares about what the customer wants. They are living in their own parallel world. Ofcourse there is low cost product, which also means the worst service and low quality products and 'market' ambience

Not a budget shop anymore. Upon that they don't switch on the AC now. They have kept fans at random places. If you spend more than 30 mins here, you feel suffocated.

Bad customer service. Local clothes. Bad behavior of billing staffs. Not a customer friendly service.

Nothing to sy mre.
The staffs are from northern side- even they can't communicate with customers.
Itz very hot inside in the peak time.

I informed this to to the front door securities but their attitude is awesome.
In one visit you wl nt go again.

Very worst service i seen ever, no decipline for the staffs. Also there is no sufficient staffs. Its completely leads to the confusion of the customers.
I will never visit here anymore

Nice.but the cashier on first floor who seems to b from another state doesn't seem to understand English or malayalam. She allowed customers to jump the queue. Apparently customers who bought just one item seemed to b able to jump the queue.

Not that spacious, somedays the Covid19 protocols like social distancing were not followed it was crowded. Customer service is good.

I saw, one of a staff, he is very old, but still he is doing memorable marketing. Just like our olden days.

Worst experience with me. The staffs who are working in ulloor pongumoodu. They don't have any manners. They really don't know how to deal with customers

Good place for shopping. Groceries, vegitables n fruits are under one roof. Good quality vegitables. They take online orders and deliver on the same day.

Cheaters. They gave me old dates and when I returned with the product and asked for a refund to a lady owner she told me they wont refund instead I can get another dates packet, I said okay and then the supplier boy returned and told me that they don't have dates at the moment and I have to come again some other day. Since I don't have any other options, I returned after a week for the same reply from the shop owners that they don't have the product. I had visited the store twice after the sale and they didn't refund the amount. Not only that they sold old products in their store but they don't even have the common decency to refund the amount for the stale product they sold on their store. Never visited after that incident - they still owe me Rs: 225.

The staff here is not friendly at all.they are completely unaware of the the digital cash payments.they will make you wait for long and embarrass you in case you make payment through QR code displayed there.

Best place for cheap rate items. For those who want to buy use and throw after a short period of use

Costs arent low its high and not everything u get from here. Everything is in tamil styles and like that.

Exclusive outlet for Women cloth accessories. Grocery, Bakery and confectionery items are also available.

This is a nice place indeed and I wish if I could get men items But they have only woman and kids items.

Has a wide collection and variety of items like clothes (saree, Kurtis, tops, etc), utensils and cutlery, baby clothes, bed sheets and various other products spread over the 3 levels of that building - at very reasonable prices.

It's a good place for women's shopping and also has a supermarket.
The grocery and bakery items and of good quality.
The top floors have house hold items which are relatively cheaper than other shops according to personal opinion.
There is good parking space as well

Parking structure is bad because it's at the mouth of the main road, but the securities are keeping the congestion clearly. Grocery section doesn't provide enough things. Textile section for ladies is worth good

The service staff needs training, they r very crude and deosint know language. They are asking customers to throw things to counter when people are in question. Hospitality management and willingness to help customers should be the moto of in service staff.

Low quality service with securities full of themselves & giggly unprofessional service ppl also vegetables were not fresh & everything else u get everywhere else. A nearby QRs with Nilgiris is so much better.

Good collection. Reasonable price. Staff behavior is very very poor. And they are damn slow too.

An exclusive Ramachandran shop for ladies textiles and super store. Started last month. Only a double story building

Women's shopping centre and Supermarket. Wide selection and affordable prices. Car Parking is very limited & can be an issue. Two wheeler parking in basement. Friendly and helpful staff.

Trendy collections available exclusively for women in kochulloor.affordable rate for all groups.but Ramachandran still old Ramachandran due to staff behaviour.very lazy and noncooperative staff.no idea about collections there.very irritating.staff must need proper customer care training if they planning for attract people.
