Very bad experiance from a lady security. One short hair lady. She hit my leg with a trolly. And she shouted at me without any reason. I was waiting in front of trial room. She came and shouted. Very bad staff. I will not recomend

Very bad user experience.
This is regarding Ramachandran (fashion store and super market) at attingal. Getting same experience from both stores.
We can't get inside with a handbag (I come with my mother), and we have to keep it at the entry without having a bag keeping area. If we keep it at the entry, they will not take responsibility of the bag. So shoping alone in Ramachandran is difficult.
Ramachandran have big showrooms at different places, but showing such behaviour and irresponsible staffs make it worst.

Will get each n everything at affordable prices. But it is a herculean task to get those things and get billed. Staffs behaviour is 1out of 5.

Average collection. Staffs are helpful. Price is comparatively less than the surrounding textiles.

Very congested pathway in vegetable section, nobody can utilize trolley in this area.security staff not take care the adscititious Ramachandran parking location, yesterday I wait around 30 min for taking my conveyance from parking area.

Quality products at cheap rates. But service is not so good
Billing section is so careless and not properly run.

Everything is very good.
Although the price is higher, you get better products.
But it would be better to employ maximum Malayali workers there.
What I felt was a problem there were the thamil workers there.there service is not good

I don't know why the owner is paying a salary for the staff! They are still standing on a corner and just talking to each other. I was struggling to take dress from the Shop and they were not even ready to say where and in which floor I will get it.

One of the best shopping centre in Attingal. Price range is reasonable in comparison with other shops and quality. Better to term it as abudhet shop. But their supermarket is bit costly, haledly you can find discounts there, but you can have fresh fruits and vegitables at reasonable rate (lower than other shops)

Poor parking space. Billing is very slow. Nice selection. Average price. Sundays are a very busy area car parking is difficult. There is a long queue for the billing section. Very good arrangements. Pocket friendly shopping on attigal.

Went to Ramachandran supermarket. It's not spacious and don't have a good collection to choose from. Billing also took time and the queue blocked the way of other customers.

Small parking facilities. They provide vouchers for purchasing nearby hypermarket.validity for one day. Collections was good.

Ramachandran Attingal is a economic hub. We can purchase A to Z items here@reasonable rate. The spot is busy. We can purchase our items with our wish. No persuaded from the staffs.

The staffs in textiles and supermarket have a pathetic condition. Their behavior to customers is ill-mannered and didn't gave attention to customers to what they are asking to take.

Good collections with affordable price and quality products. Parking space is poor. Also communicating with the staffs are a bit difficult as most of the staffs are from Tamil Nadu.

The staffs are pathetic. They don't even come to the customers asking their requirements. We can find them chit chatting in groups even if there are customers unattended. The behaviour of the security staff is so demanding that we feel as if he is owning the showroom. I am forced to write this review after having multiple experiences. There is no point having huge showroom and collection unless the management takes essential steps to rectify such points.

Shop is ok, you will get all the things you want. I went on April last there was an issue like there were not enough staffs to manage the customers most of the employees was on leave when I enquired. Otherwise the shop is fantastic.

Very bad response and service from sales persons experienced. Not only from attingal same experienced in pazhavangadi also. Sales person not interested to respond for customer queries. They respond to customers as we are some beggers begging for something. It happened to me today at attingal showroom.

All section is better than other textile in atttingal. All items are in reasonable price. But One fualt in Ramachandran is billing section. That is horrible. Too late in day time. They not provide any tocken, only standing q. Otherwise all are good. Parking space is available in there.

Good shopping. Super market is the highlight of the shop. Sunday open. Price also reasonable. Fresh vegetables. Staff are very cooperative. Clothes also very reasonable.

Worst experience, when we asked for return spoke like we have used the product, think before going

There is a little communication gap between sales executives and customers as their mothertongue is different. So some sort of error might be there.

It's a very good shopping centre in attingal. Very affordable cloth items and all home items are available. Very spacious and have good parking facilities. If there are more checkout counters in each floor it would have been really helpful

The shop has a good collection of clothes, footwears and bags. Even notebooks, bags and stationers are available. The prices are very reasonable. It was not crowded when I visited. The shop has cash counters in different floors. There is a parking area behind the shop but when I visited it was full so the security guard directed me to another parking area. It was a good experience.

I never had an urge to post a review this fast, I know almost all textiles in trivandrum but l never faced such an experience, the sales persons were rude and the collections were just ok. For about 15 minutes no staff approached me and helped me for the purchase and the number of staffs were limited. There were only 4/5 staff in a floor and they all were gathered somewhere and talking eachother and don't even mind the customers. I now understand why Ramachandran is the last choice for all, it's just because of the staffs. Just teach them how to serve the customers

Best shoping destination in Attingal town. Can buy fresh vegetables, groceries, kachories, pastries etcvfrom roadside outlet apart from dresses and cosmetics at cheaper rate. Saree selection must be improved.

I happened to shop at Ramachandran Attingal. To my disappointment I couldn't find more collections. The material was satisfactory. Should pay more attention on more collection of dress

Very Rude staff out there in Billing at second floor not ready to listen to customer she was feeling like shopping mall was owned by her so much head weight i did not understand seeing wat! She is least bothered to Answer customer queries despite showing her Attitude even through shop is really user friendly people like this will definitely bring a bad impression to this shopping mall
