Have been coming to this place since just 2 years since I’ve heard their stitching for blouses are just perfect. And true to the word it absolutely is! The stitching is just flawless for the blouses and as per our requirement. I got a coord set also stitched this time and the work came out amazing. Customer service is also impeccable.

An awful and disgusting experience. I visited this business as suggested by one of the instagram influencer/ celebrity for my wife.

Failed to delivery the product in time and as per my requirement. My clothe was messed up with some other customers and the clothe was untouched till the agreed date. Atlast i received the product one day after the agreed date but without the expected hand work/design.

I would never recommend this business to anyone.

I'm thoroughly impressed with Rani Pink's ability to comprehend exactly what I wanted. They not only transformed my ideas into reality but also had my outfit ready on the promised date. Reliable, creative, and punctual – a tailor shop that truly cares!

Worst experience……failed to get the item stitched on the committed date and have not done any works as per my requirement.

I was told that my blouse is ready to be collected when i called them, and the next day when i went to collect the item they messed up mine with other customers item. The work was not done as per my requirement. Hand work was very poor and lack professionalism. The rate was also very high.

I had to cancel all my programs to collect the item at the last minute due to their negligence and irresponsibility.

I would never recommend this boutique to anyone.

Worst place to get anything stitched. Will charge ypu for services they have not even done and lose the materials purchased for stitching. Messed up place. Very rude and worst customer service too.

FYI. I had not even come to try the blouses. My daughter had come to collect the stitched items. It was informed to your staff that I would be unable to try it as I was out of station. Also you had charged me for putting saree tassels. Upon coming and checking I found that its not done. When pointed out about it, your staff very rudely told me that she does not charge for things not done. I had asked about the material I had lost and she insisted everything is returned. I had double checked everything. Please write a reply after knowing all the details.

Furthermore, this is not the first time I am giving items for stitching in this shop. The service and stitching was excellent and thats the only reason why I gave again eventhough I do not live in the city anymore. Thank you for breaking the trust.

Have been an ardent customer for the past ten years and had my wedding trousseau stitched and ready from here, and now after 10 years, my sister had hers stitched here too, so nothing more to say️ Vidhula, the owner is very approachable and helps in whatever way she can. Keep up the good work.

Had such a lovely experience. They were so helpful from start to finish, offering great advice and going above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. Very welcoming and professional. Excellent service and top quality tailoring. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Rani Pink is one of the best designer tailoring units in Ernakulam! Their work is near perfect and unique. I’ve been a returning customer since years and love all the pieces they stitch. Vidhula is a great designer, backed by a great team of tailors. Love their work.

Very poor customer service.
They are not responsive and prompt in answering our calls.
The fit, finish and stitching is not that great for the price that one pays for it.
They lack professionalism.

Best place to get anything you want stitched in Cochin. I still have people asking me where I got my wedding blouse stitched, it’s fitted like a glove and can’t thank vidula and team Ranipink for the great service.

I have contacted them for designing my engagement gown and the budget I told them was 15k. I have told the colour needed for the material too. They assured me they will do it in time. When i reach the shop to pick my gown a week prior to my engagement they were telling me silly excuses and was telling it was not yet done. They didn't show me the colour of the material on asking too as they told they dyed it by themselves n needed time for drying. Finally gave me the gown on a day before my engagement, the colour was the worst.asked for bright red and they gave me something else and the price was just double 30k on asking they were telling me I have to give else they won't release the packet. Even I told I don't have that much amount they made me pay. And I had to because in the last moment from where will I find a gown. So these guys are engagement spoiler. And took my money also unethically.
Hate them.

I used to visit this place often.
What I liked:
1. The quality of their work is excellent and consistent.
2. Maintained to deliver the product on time mostly.
3. They stitched saree blouses and Salwars for me and fitted perfectly.
4. No need to worry about parking.

What could have been better:
1. Prices are high and not reasonable sometimes.
2. Their Anarkali gown stitching is not good.
3. Lack of good designs from the designers. My friend also experienced the same. If you have any good design in your mind, they do it perfectly.
4. Letting other staffs to take your measurements will be a disaster, choose the owner, Vidhula for good result. (From my experience).

If you are looking for an outfit for your regular use, this is a wrong place because of the price. I would recommend them to anyone considering tailors in Cochin for Blouses, Dresses and Salwars because of their excellent tailoring team.
