I had an exceptional experience with Ras Make Studio. I decided to try their permanent blow dry treatment and I absolutely loved the results. I must give a special mention to Miss Jomol, who took care of me from the initial consultation all the way through the procedure. She was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. I am truly grateful to the entire team at Ras and encourage them to keep up the great work.

Charged me rs 150 for a 10 min beard shape. Mind you not trim, just shape. I understanding paying the amount for experience and service. However I barely recieved any service worth a 10 minute service. I started to get pimples post because they didn’t put after shave. That’s how bad it is. Sadly due to lack of salons, I chose this. Not again.

They will force you to come to their studio early morning around 3-4 am before the wedding. Please do not go for this as you will be tired during the wedding function. Only accept their services if they will come to your place and provide.

Thanks to Shiba chechi, Neha chechi and Prince chechi who made my engagement and wedding makeup very pleasant:) I asked Shiba chechi if we could change trial makeup hairstyle the wedding morning and she completely agreed and did an amazing job. Lovely atmosphere in the salon and everyone was smiley and friendly. Salons are way out of my comfort zone but I was made to feel really welcome. Great communication from start to finish and a lovely relaxed atmosphere and it was my first visit and I would make this 5 star. My stylist (forgot know his name), and he was brilliant. Really happy with my cut. Really lovely. Made me feel really comfortable. Loved the complimentary. That really made it 5*. Thanks for a lovely experience!

Horrible service. Covid protocol not at all being followed. They made 3-4 people to sit in one single room on chairs and started the process. Even though we had taken an appointment they didn't stick to it.

It was a very good pace. The staff who did threading were sweet as well as did my eyebrows really well and its worth the price.

I had Hair botox treatment from Ras done by Mr Nadeem. It was on a weekend at rush hour. Mr Nadeem was very professional, polite and did an excellent quality work tirelessly. Highly recommended.

Had the worst service at Ras.i will never recommend this place to anyone.
Being from Thiruvalla, it was obvious to book with Ras for my wedding but it was unapologetically expensive and spoiled my wedding and engagement makeup. Every service was charged high and nothing was given complimentary. Really upset! Really sorry.
The makeup didn't last for the engagement and was overdone for the wedding.
The pre-bridal makeup services were also done poorly that left me with wax burns.

Excellent service provided by them. Unisexual beauty parlour. They provide special packages for wedding and other functions. The studio is very spacious and clean and they use uv sterile equipments. The staff provides good service and very professionals and polite. It would be good to book an appointment to avoid the rush as it is booked most of the time. It's next to the highway so easy to locate using the maps.

I am very pleased with the service offered by RAS on the wedding day of my sister. They (including the owner) came early morning by 4.30 and did the make up, costume and jewelery arrangement. Pleasing behavior and the right service at the right cost! Definitely recommend this place.

Raaz make up studio at thiruvalla is an awesome, well maintained, safe and hygienic place. The staffs including reception staffs are all soo good at their services. A staff named bini, is soo good at her work, customer friendly and I really enjoyed her works (facial, hair spa, body spa, pedicure). She has got MAGICAL hands that soothens you and makes you relaxed from all tensions and stress. I recommend you guys to feel the difference.

I would recommend RAS make-up studio who are looking for a good quality and professional Salon in Thiruvalla. I have been visiting this Salon since few years and my experience with Shamjas and team have always been perfect. If you are confused, go ahead and have a quick chat with the team, they would help you with the best style.

It was a good experience for me, after blow dry my entire look was changed and I have never seen a hairstylist with so much of dedication and sincerity.: Especially, their quality of service is really great?

Absolutely hopeless service. So deeply regret walking in to this place.
Most dissatisfactory service and even pathetic ambience.
Walls with paint peeling off.
Hopeless uneven flooring where I tripped at least at three different places.
Pathetic lighting.
Counter tops with dusty yellow old newspaper with spilled products from earlier services.
Totally indifferent personnel at reception.
Employees who have no clue at all what's the brand of the product they're using.
EVERY SINGLE PERSON I came across the entire 55 miserable minutes I was shacked up in the Govt-hospital-like, dimly lit, untidy room/cubicle spaces was an utter failure in communication.
The female who offered the hair service was such a disaster that she didn't know basic terminology wrt the service she was offering: in English, Malayalam or Hindi.
Zero privacy except for some gaudy cheap curtains.
This was my first experience at a Ras Salon and I went there based on word-of-mouth publicity and what was worst in all this was that I walked in to this wretched space after some exemplary service and hospitality at Naturals, Tiruvalla.

PS: this is my experience of Ras, Ramanchira. I cannot vouch for any of their other branches. As for those who said I should have gone to their another branch: if you are building a brand, consistency, excellence and reliability are the most important factors.
