Worst experience.food was just pathetic. Got food poisioning.writing this review from hospital. 3 of our family members got food poisioning

On 06-01-2024 visited the restaurant a group of 20 people. Even though it was not rush time, 3.30 they couldn't manage us properly.

They charged high rates for our dishes.
Eg. A small bowl of egg curry (2 egs) with onion gravy. 90 rupees.

Nadan chicken curry in a small bowl
With 3 small pieces. 220

These both dishes very spicy chilly.
Gravy was not good.

Same experience for all, these space is not enough to write all reviews.

Worst, no quality and charging price for randomly. They are just making up the price of the dish on the spot.

I recently dined at this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious, with a diverse menu that satisfied my taste buds. The staff were exceptionally friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the convenience of ample car parking space made the overall dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Finger licking good Vegetarian and Jain food! (The second best for food and friendlyness is Sukh Sagar restaurant). We were 6 people of different tastes. We all give this restaurant 5 Stars. Service is very good. No mistakes. The plates and silverware are new and good quality. Hand Wash Area is good (but Toilet is not maintained and not cleaned - I urge the owner to pay attention to Toilet Cleaning).

Very delicious food. We had the best masala dosa at this place. The price is also reasonable.

Poor quality food, No Taste, staff acts like deaf. They won't listed anything after taking the order. Most important, over priced even after having such low quality service and food

It's very hard to find pure vegetarian North Indian food in Munnar. The place is very neat and clean.n food is also tasty.

Terrible hotel in munnar.it just looks good from outside.very bad experience in terms of food quality and service. The staff just ignores you. The food quantity is too low and also not good. The only reason many people go there is because the local tourist guide takes everyone there. Please avoid it if possible, there have no respect towards customers.

Very pathetic food, First it tastes good, But after 1 hour, it becomes poison. We all had food poisoning, Spices were not good at all. Avoid. And dnt advice this place to anyone. Eating here will will be life time bad experience of yours?

Never seen a disgusting place like this. KL Govt should take necessary steps toward this fellows, first time in my life i have seen this people showing partiality on their own country people. Specifically in Kerala, we stayed in Kerala nearly 3 days and people treated us very respectful. Except in this hotel, they are purposely delaying to serve those who are coming from outstation. It is clearly visible by the way how they spoke to us, bloody fellows we are giving our money to get proper service and quality food. They wanted made us to wait for 45 mins and not provided the food we ordered, as like me i found that a family waited like me and came out without havingfood, worst fact is, i saw some senior citizens too.

Those who are planning to go to kerala munnar, pls don't go to this hotel.
