Calling to customer care for around 1 week. Land number connection says number does not exist. Anybody knows the customer care number which will connect to office?
I had the pleasure of visiting the Regional Passport Office Cochi recently and I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions and took the time to explain the process thoroughly.
The regional passport office I visited was very professional and organized. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the process went smoothly. I was able to get my passport in a timely manner and the office was very accommodating with my needs. Overall, I had a great experience and I highly recommend this office for anyone looking to get a passport. It will be helpful
Very experienced staff and officials. Comfortable behavior. Procedures and documentations are clear and time bounded. Recommend discipline for all govt offices.
Enquiry time is from 9: 30 am till 12: 30pm. Only open on normal working days. Ask the security guy for token as you enter. Carry photocopy of whatever documents needed.
Sitting here since 10.30 am.its 3.30 pm. After I submitted my application at 12 pm, no one has called me or said anything. Sitting here clueless, with many other people. I have a toddler, waiting to be picked up at the play school since 1 pm. What sort of management is this, seriously? Oh yes, you definitely can't ignore or forget the dirty and disgusting washroom.
I was tried to call but the number is not working I want to know how many days will take to issue the passport after the police verification.is there any chance to get earlier due to emergency reason
Very prompt. I have always had the best experience with people at the Passport offices. If other arms of the government were this efficient we would be an advanced nation.
The lady who picks up the phone gives out false information.so I urge people go to the office and get the details. And to give out false information from an office like is just horrible. Very bad experience.
I came early to take a token. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. I am very thankful to them that they got my job done easier and earlier than expected.
The staff are not friendly. Because of the irresponsible behaviour of a staff i got my passport correction after three months. I think there is also need of more staffs.
-1 rating for the reception 2 lady staffs (Front end staff only). I haven't seen such irresponsible and such rude behaviour stafs anywhere. What they think of themselfs. Atleast they should listen to people who are coming to there for urgent requirements. No need to help, atleast behave properly. I have this bad experience twice. I was there for me and for my wife. Omg i cant explain. U will understand once u see them at the reception. Negative energy, the bloody smile after not helping. I have seen many people crying. No worries dear staffs u will get for this. Karma is a boomerang. No worries. By the way i know yu both will see this. I got what i needed on time. I know how to get it. Thanks for the Officers. This front end staff will ruin our Passport office goodwill. Atleast set a camera on them
Takes a day to inform name change cant be opted in Tatkal basis. Please note when you waste a citizen's time its loss for Indian economy. You are getting paid by our tax so dont drop Indian Economy. Thanks
Very worst and horrible experience forn the front staff.we reached at 10 and wait till 3 with my son and not accepting the documents and send back us.worst experience.
Just one person at the reception and one security (unfriendly) controlling atleast 200 person. Total covid protocol violations.reception staff must be increased. One person not enough to attend to nearby 200 people waiting there. Rpo to kindly take note and address the issue
