Asst motor vehicle inspector im mentioning this only for the officer who issued challan because i cant blame entire MVD.

Very busy, crowded but agents have top priority everywhere, individuals have to suffer to get the work done

Very Bad service from RTO. I have applied online for the Number allocation and didn’t get that number. For the refund amount I am waiting for more than 3 months. When I called the RTO they told to visit the office for refund. When I visited and given the letter for refund they are saying they will refund the amount to account only and it will take 2 weeks. If I payed the amount online why they are not sending back to the account. It’s been a disappointing approach from the government officials

Excellent place. To learn the art of patience. They make you wait in the sweltering heat till you reach the breaking point. To take the test for the learners licence is an experience you wouldn't want to go through again. All they need to do is invest in more computers and provide basic facilities to streamline the process. But that's expecting too much.

Very good experience, staffs are very kindhearted especially the staffs in driving licence section.

The madam sitting in the IDP department is very helpful. She changed my view on how government officials work. Had a good experience overall.

Shameless service from a supposed to be prestigous organization.please fire the kudumbasree ladies from the kiosk, wasted my hours as they good for nothing when it comes to giving simple info!

RTO is rearranged, well maintained, organised place. Only small problem is when we going back to main road you will get bit confused.
Because you will not understand which way for outside

No value for time even the inspectors keeps you waiting until they finish their personal matter

Nice place to spend your entire day off. Had lots of fun running here and there. I went to get my intl licence in the morning and returned by evening. But I really enjoyed the way things went around. A nice govt office experience and most important fact, you lose calories, not only physically but also mentally. No need to go for workout.

Very generous officials they help me to get DL easily against my international license

I'm really unsatisfied with the approach of Thrissur RTO office. My bike was met with a accident unfortunately the chassis was bend slightly
Then the showroom says that needed a approval from the side for replacing the chassis
So I'm go rto office I'm requests the regarding problem and give them the necessary papers and all to them.then they says the garage isn't under the jurisdiction so Guruvayoor rto office give a request paper to Thrissur rto office on 28/09/2021 and now 13/10/2021 there is no update still now

The parts are arrived on 3/10/2021 and waiting for the replacement.
I'm a student so the colleges are open now transportation is more difficult to me also it's leads to others problems.

I don't know how many days takes it may be more than half of month or one month anyway. The office must speed up the proceedings as soon as possible not in my case all others who needed help.

I was there for the RC ownership change. I got very good experience from the concerned officer.

Such a pathetic service.they will tell all nonsense reasons to not Provide even basic services.so that people will come through agents and they will get their commission.

Such a shameless and pathetic beurocrat system.very difficult to do something in proper channel.

Pathetic experience. We need to spent minimum 5 days to get a small things done there, these guys are still at stone age, office dont have any public information counters to clear the doubts of public, we need to roam around and ask each officers for the get the things done, no public information systems premises also dirty its shame on govt of kerala.
