Went to pick up a learner. Even when we say that our Kerala is number one, we still have to go and stand in queues in many government offices, it is very disgusting. Even today the behavior of its officials should be changed

Rural RTO of thiruvananthapuram district. Very convenient office. Parking is easy. Online centre and Akshaya available near by. Driving licence test ground is just opposite to office.

Applied for an international driving permit.photograph on the id is unclear and money and time wasted. The department spent 235crores to put up AI cameras but can't seem to spend money on a descent printer. Still get the I'd printed on a laminated piece of paper. Shame on you

The worst thing u need to keep in mind while visiting a Govt RTO office is not the fear of huge fines, rather the the time for which they make u wait, even without any cause or anything, may be just for colleting some papers also, they will make u wait the whole day at office, and at the evening, they will ask u to come again the next day,

Too much time is taking for Processing of applications. It should be some more service oriented.

Very poor service, no responsibilities on the staff.submitted for booklet license to card by myself and my friend together, my friend received already and i am not. I am not able to go there as i am abroad and when i send my uncle there saying that some sign required and send one blank paper with two sign with photo i think they may miss some document. Very very poor service.
